There's no intimacy in these shots, nothing that me want to pause more than a couple of seconds. That's what an 85mm lens does. That's a portrait lens, not meant to stay far for our own comfort, but to add compression or reduce the depth of field or frame tightly to be even more selective (less of the envirronment, more of the facial expressions). When using it like a wide angle and so standing too far, it makes the scenes feel disconnected, there's nothing engaging.

Think for a second, some random person is able to vote, on a leader that decides whether you go to war or not, and that random person is safe at home watching netflix with their cats. There should be a separate voting for a leader that handles international affairs, military defence and war decisions. The only people that gets to vote are people that will be deployed in wartime
