Nobody pushed Russians out of the city centres, those dorm districts were basically built for them when they came or were sent to the Baltics during the Soviet occupation. At the time apartments in those those buildings were considered highly desireable.

@@aistisnavickas1937 thank you for questioning me on this! Actually Vilnius used to be under heavy influence of Poland and was considered less Lithuanian than Kaunas by most. The city Vilnius was initially built and settled by Germans and Jews.
@@kleinehout2896 no it was not. Google the hostory of Vilnius. Gediminas built it. Was he a jew?
@@aistisnavickas1937 I agree. Gediminas was a Lithuanian duke. Hence Vilnius is a partial exception to my statement: none of the cities on the eastern shore of the Baltic Sea were built by the Balts. Thank you for correcting my mistake.

The CCP is a cancer on the earth. Keep Taiwan free and free Hong Kong from the communists.
Wrong! China Communist regime was implemented by U.S.S.R. like those communist regimes worldwide after WWII. The Soviet sponsored CCP drove Rep. of China army out of the China mainland to Taiwan, that's it. and this is the real history. Don't narrated like CCP or western leftists so-called "Taiwan is a China break-away province", this is not true. The Rep. of China is the only legitimate Chinese government, and the mainland China (so called "People's REp. of China"), is Soviet product. You can sense from its name: "People's Rep.", a standard Soviet product.
This is a rather Cold War-ish worldview where nations were propped up by the US and the USSR post war, and were inherently pro-US or pro-Soviet. I think you are critical of the legitimacy of the PRC, but I don't see how arguing about legitimacy would help people understand the current Sino-Taiwan relationship, let alone resolving it. Maybe I will address the legitimacy question in a later video.
