hahah trust me looks funny but for the person doing it its not funny at all. Manager puts a lot of pressure to sell those things. i went through a lot of stress with that job . It destroys your health this job and stress that they put on you. its not worth it . Those things are pure crap that you can buy online for 5 euro . and you need to sell them for 200 euro to convince guests that its miracle that will cure their back hip and knee pain .

@@manasfitness22 ​ Its all about personality if you are not meant for sales then its not going to work . i was not great only sometimes i would hit target . its most stressfull job that i ever did. would never do that again, managers treat you like shit and send you on various locations around ship to embarras yourself even as pt or fitness trainer you can end up at pool area at 40c selling shoe inserts. I didnt work on p and O but i heard it is a lot easier to sell there and i think you can make some money there. Other thing is english guests dont buy those things americans do . For english is harder to sell to them .

High Sales Example (trainer aims to earn $400 by achieving higher sales) To achieve $400 in total weekly earnings, the trainer needs both high product sales and typical class revenue. Here’s an example where the trainer earns $400: Product Sales Revenue: $4,100 Company Deduction: $350 Remaining Amount After Deduction: $4,100 - $350 = $3,750 Trainer's Commission (9%): 9% of $3,750 = $337.50 Class Revenue: $300 Trainer’s Commission (18%): 18% of $300 = $54.00 Total Weekly Earnings: $337.50 + $54.00 = $391.50 In this case, the trainer’s earnings come very close to $400. With $4,100 in product sales and $300 in class revenue, the trainer reaches a total of approximately $400 per week. Summary No matter if the trainer sells $20, $1,000, or even $1,800 in a week, they would only reach the guaranteed $200 weekly earnings if their calculated earnings fall short. To make more than this, as shown in Example 3, the trainer would need to generate a high product sales revenue, such as $4,100, in addition to typical class revenue, to achieve a higher weekly pay, such as $400. This structure illustrates that smaller sales don’t impact weekly earnings much, as trainers only benefit significantly from high sales amounts.

i havent tried with vvdi2 but i suppose it can code anything as its availible to change in settings.

@@Shoaib_el_sharawyfirst i worked for this bad company called steiner just 1 contract ,then i went to another company called canyon ranch where sallary was high without seling not only 800e like in steiner. I left when company lost its licence on cruise ships in 2020. They are not on any of ships anymore. Steiner took 98% of the ships.

@@bhakti_m_leen they dont fire you but they treat you like shit ,manager gets on top of you and puts pressure on you every single day , and they send you on random locations on ship to setup footprint station and to try sell those shoe inserts. Then they come check on you every 1 or 2 hours and still give out to you if you dont sell. They can put you on pool deck also to do this footprint analysis. Also whoever dont sell good headoffice main fitness supervisor comes to ship to try teach you to sell.

only thing that has surprised me is some crew members who claimed they dont get anything from automatic graduities. i knew most of them dont get it but i didnt know that those who are most in contact with guests at buffet get 0 tips . you will see that parts as well in video i have recorded it talking with them and they say they dont get a single cent. that is why we removed graduities and that is recorded as well and we tipped them in cash. other than that i am familliar with ships because i used to be crew member

the ones included are Buffet and pizza place on deck 4 . There is also some burrito place beside pool . that is the ones i know that are free and trust me that is all you need . We went on budget so we didnt go to any paid places. my favorite is breakfast with hashbrowns eggs and smoked salomon, for lunch usually mashed potatoes with some nice sauce and chicken

@@mikomasox it is free in port . you can book it in royal caribbean app . that is what we did . on sea day is 100 usd . same for sky diving it is free on port day

i showed reality of how it looks like on the cruise. you can watch full day of first sea day i have recorded fitness seminar how it looks like. check it out . IT is like this on every single ship because it is same company there . They were called steiner before but because of bad reputation they changed name to one world spa now .

yes you can go off the ship ,if for example ship docks at port at 8am and if you are for example having half day morning off . that means you can go out for few hours. but guests get off always first. So if ship docks at 8am crew usually can get off only at 9am or 10am after all guests are off or if not busy you may be allowed to get off earlier. in steiner( now called the one world spa ) usually you get off from 8am to 2pm. so there is time to go out but its not enough to relax really. if most of ships leave port at 5pm or 6pm depends but it is usually like that .so if you are having afternoon off that is more harder to get off ship then. if you watched whole video i mentioned if you are really born to sell and make targets manager will let you go off ship any time you want .

You will get a very small time in that time you can't even explore the place veey well...only 3 hours after that you will get tension that you have to leave for ship as it's going to be back again for the sea...so please don't destroy yourself there you are not trainer there you are just personal sales servant out there measuring feet of the pale feet ✅

you have faulty module you need disconnect 1 by 1 and clear errors with bmw ista d and see which one is it . it can be any of the modules that works on can

@@techgeek2994 The tool is not fake You just got to know how to use it You can do a lot of codings with it but for example if you want to code and new module you cannot you would have to use a different software like istap or Autel but it can code already coded modules so it's worth it because it's easier to use than winkfp and esys especially to turn off red tampering dot on BMW cluster after mileage correction by erasing or turning off the EEprom id Too code and make keys You would have to read the module with a different programmer and load eeprom files to explorer to work successfully
