Quick and Easy Dalia Breakfast || Dalia and Veggie Medley Breakfast

Here's a simple recipe for broken wheat with vegetables:
### Ingredients:
- 1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
- 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- black chana 2 tbsp
- capsicum -2/2
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon juice (optional)
### Method:
1. **Rinse and Soak Broken Wheat:**
- Rinse the broken wheat in water a couple of times.
- Soak it in water for about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. **Cook Vegetables:**
- Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker or a large pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add all the diced vegetables and chopped tomatoes.
- Add garam masala powder, red chili flakes and salt. Mix well.
3. **Add Broken Wheat:**
- Add the drained broken wheat to the vegetables. Mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. **Add Water and Cook:**
- Add 2 1/2 cups of water and stir well.
- If using a pressure cooker, close the lid and cook on medium heat for 2-3 whistles.
- If using a pan, cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until the broken wheat and vegetables are cooked through and the water is absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
5. **Final Touches:**
- Once cooked, open the lid and fluff the mixture with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.Add butter or ghee 1 tbsp.
