I hope the team will be: Shilese Jones Skye Blakely Konnor McClain Joscelyn Roberson This means they could use Shilese and Skye in the all around during qualifications and then put Konnor on bars and beam and then Joscelyn on vault and floor. My predictions for event finals are: Vault: Blakely & Roberson Bars: Jones & Blakely Beam: McClain & Blakely Floor: Roberson & Jones I really hope that Shilese, Konnor, and Skye can recover from their injuries to make next year's worlds team! I think that Kayla DiCello, Leanne Wong, and Tiana Sumanasekera have a good chance at making the worlds team as well. Will Hezly Rivera be continuing onto next year also since she's committed at LSU? Konnor is also at LSU and Skye will be at Florida, I'm not sure what Kayla's status is on returning to NCAA for Florida.

I think those who are going for 2028 are less likely to try for Worlds next year especially since it's only three people. They'd rather sit the year out and recover from injuries. That would take out Shilese and Joscelyn who both were dealing with injuries last year even before Shilese's ACL tear. Likewise I think Skye will probably stay out of elite too next year as she definitely is hungry for 2028. Konnor and Gabby are big question marks too, but I'm not sure they have the motivation to compete next year. Kayla and Leanne, on the other hand, I'm not sure if they'll continue to 2028, so I could see them doing a push for 2025 as a last year in elite, just like they stuck around for 2021 Worlds. The ones who I am more confident will try for Worlds next year are Hezly, Tiana, Kaliya, Simone Rose, and Claire Pease. If it's between those five I would think it would go to Hezly for AA, Tiana for BB, Kaliya for FX, with Hezly as the AA national champion. Then Kayla and Leanne are the most next likely. If Kayla does make an attempt I think she has a good shot of being the AA champion instead, so it would be her for AA, Kaliya for FX, and then one of Hezly or Tiana

This would be a great team and nice video. But to be fair the only realistic comeback would be Joscelyn's since everyone else is unfortunately in a major injury-recovery phase or in NCAA. Also the next years world team only has 3 members, I suppose that could make it more interesting.

Evelyne Lowe has committed to Oklahoma to compete with them in 2026, so 2025 will be her last opportunity until after her NCAA graduation. KJK is known for wanting the Oklahoma girls to not compete concurrent elite seasons. Tiana* Sumanasekera, not Tina. But I do see her having a great Elite year this year after being a Paris alternate. She will go to UCLA in 2025 but Janelle McDonald has helped other Bruins do Elite as well. Ui Soma will be competing at Stanford this year as a Freshman. I'm not sure if she will do Elite in addition to that.

Everyone commenting here negatively just after România was on the Olympic podium in 2024 after it was took only seconds later by the USA (who are years older, well funded and sponsored) so yes consisting they competed with the worlds best I think they deserved to be present there, they work for it and will still work until the next competitions
