Extended the mud bog as it was completely under water yesterday from the Creek flooding. The mud was extremely slippery and sticky putting both trucks to the ultimate test! comment what tires you would chose. I fell like both trucks were pretty evenly matched in the mud.

This looks just like a spot me and my son go by table rock lake. I don't really play in the mud as much anymore. I have the jconcepts version of the Mickey Thomson pros(tusk) I knew they would be good in the rocks, but was surprised by how well they did in everything. You definitely have some cleaning to do. Hopefully your bearings all survived.
Give the thing some gas and it will clean the tread out for better traction guy. With em cakes up you’re pretty much running a slick through that hard bottom stuff.
Is this a winch test? Neither truck is stuck.
Yes this is just testing the abilities of the winch. The blue truck needed the winch to cross this spot or it would have gotten stuck. This mud is really fluffy underneath and about 3 feet deep.
That's one serious mud hole. Your truck did a great job bashing through it. I like how it just kept going after you buried it and it kept going. The tires worked great.

I consider these my cheater tires. They are 5+ out of 5 points for mud, loose dirt, snow, rocks ect...they just hook up and bite everything.

I'm considering running Fling Kings on my Gen 8 for Beat the Creek but these tires look great in the mud also. Nice run!
Thanks I would highly recommend these tires they are super soft predator compound also taller and much wider than the fling kings. Am planning on putting the fling king tires against the Baja Pro X soon.

Maaan those are killer tires (and wheels)! What servo are you running? I notice its damn near silent, my current one is a savox screeaaaaamer… very annoying. Probably twice as loud as the motor gear whine
9mod was a cheap one I got on Amazon. Shortly after this video the main baring inside the servo seized up and exploded 😂 today I installed a protec black label servo so hopefully no more issues.

You should do TSL swamper vs Baja pro X tires… each time someone makes it the other has to go… until someone fails when the mud gets too soupy and the tires fail 😁… I’d really like to see the comparison!
I appreciate your comment I would be happy to arrange that test and post a video of it. Maybe could also try the tug of war with the Baja Pro X and super swampers 🤔 In my opinion the Baja Pro X has a massive advantage 💪over all my other sets of tires for 3 reasons. They are the tallest, widest, and have the biggest tread pattern. Almost like cheating lol
@@rjjensen8484 that’d be an awesome video! You should find mud that doesn’t bury them but still slips and fills up the lugs, when they sink it makes the tires hard to compare. The Baja pros look great though, I wonder if they’ll be good on actual rocks, those big knobs should be good for mud and loose terrain (I’m not sure how much better than TSLs) but It’d be interesting to compare them while wet on some rocks too. The TSLs should have a bigger contact patch,in theory? More rubber = more grip? 🤔🤔

i assume not, the OEM box does a good job of keeping the heat out. This set up lets hot air in.
Two months late, but I installed one on my 2015 and I’ll tell you that you certainly can feel a difference in the acceleration and low end performance.. along with better mpg.
@@ThatBaggedWK2 better MPG? lol no. the there is a thing called air to fuel ratio. More air = more fuel. Your injector spray rate does not change with that filter or intake set up, it will always match tidal volume of air flow to a specific rate that it is programmed to do. In fact Oak Ridge did a study to prove all of this, it only makes a difference with Carbed engines. Any difference you have in MPG is 1000% user end and not the result of the intake kit.
@@phoenix21studios so you’re telling me that somehow, after installing the kit, and almost consistently being somewhat heavy on the gas day, that my mpg hasn’t gotten better? I even sit here and idle Ay work and drop it by a good mpg-1.5 and now it’s been making it back up in a 45 minute drive. I know how I drove before and after. I drive it harder now and am still doing better than before.

Hey man no need to pull the fuse that is how you break things... And my Jeep is 4X4 only the SRT is all wheel drive. Traction control is OFF Sport mode is ON Manual shift ON Just hold on and let her ripp 😁

Hey Steve no I did not have any issues installing my throttle body spacer Amazon says that it dosen't fit but I can assure you it indeed will fit perfectly behind the stock throttle body even having the K&N cold air intake installed there was no issue I apologize for the late response

I’m trying to install this on a Laredo 2015 and a performance chip do you think I’m wasting my time ?
The performance chip is a waist of time unless you currently have a unlocked PCM/ECM all are encrypted and locked from the factory and removing or unloading will void any warranty you have man
Yes the air intake is definitely worth it I also installed a throttle body spacer and noticed with both a solid increase in my MPG and when you get on it the sounds are a real treat
