Great video. I love model trains in the garden and I love music, but would it be possible to upload both a 'with music' and 'without music' version? I'm guessing they are both the same soundtrack wise only one has an overdub? I love all the natural noises of the model trains and the birds signing in the background etc. Although I'm not so keen on Bachmann squeaky wheels... (lol). Which ever-way thank you for taking the time to shoot, edit and upload your videos they are super.

Wow where is this in Dorking? I moved into a house in Dorking in 1981 and the man that (my parents) bought the house off had a garden railway. A Mr Warren to my memory. Obviously he took it with him, much to my disappointment!

Liking the floyd soundtrack.Found your channel via the UK pink floyd experience link.I have N gauge layout in my garage with a Pink Floyd Pulse concert in the middle ,complete with with flashing lights ,mirror ball,flying pig and video screen(old mobile phone) oh yes ,and stage smoke.

Just found this.Seen Brit Floyd and Aussie Floyd live several times and this show looks like it was a pretty good copy.Thanks .

Also; how many days do you wait to run on your layout, after the rain has passed to confirm it is going to be a great run?

What are you using to keep the tracks clean, due to weather and I also wanted to know how long have you had the layout outdoors, are your switches connected to powered tortoises? I am in the middle of building and outdoor HO Scale using PECO tracks, pressure treated wood, stainless steel bolts and screws, and maybe.....maybe I will ballast. Looking at a few of your past videos it looks as though I can use your examples and ideas as tips, tricks, and tools on making mine successful also.

Clan Line pulled me along there on a VSOE trip in 1998, the first time I'd been hauled by steam on that route since 1964. Friends worked at Milton Court, not far from the crossing.

With the 47 doing most of the work, the fireman is probably wondering why he's there!

Well caught! Only managed to see the passing trail of steam over the trees at the end of our road. Looks to be keeping on schedule pretty well according to RTT

Over the winter there's been only a handful of people watching. For real solitude you could try the footpath crossing which is half a mile west of DW station, which is where I shot the one called "20121208 Clan Line Approaches Dorking West" (Sorry, can't put direct links in comments). Good luck.
