I don't like that spudder sound the car is making did you true your tires it sounds like the tires are skipping on the track
The track is super bumpy. That’s where it’s coming from.
I am really on the fence about pulling the trigger on a kit. I guess my question is are the things that come with the kit ready to race or do i need option parts? If i do, what are the necessary ones for a 2500 build. Thank you 🙏

@@dankstank2603America dude …the haves and haves nots and the haves, have ALLOT! I have neighbors with two pools and my neighbor is just middle class. One of my good friends in the early 90’s dads was V.P. Of one of the biggest corporations in the world. They had a heated indoor-outdoor pool bigger than most people’s houses. His dad was an RC guru and they had a huge custom track in the basement. Again, this is a sweet little indoor track but it’s a novelty for the kind of driving I like. Either way, most of these guys would smoke me on any track.

Yes. They are opening up another store at the same location for drifting
Dont you get a Problem that the Front tire rub against the Servo when dual Rate is more then 70%?
Yes. I either have dual rate as close to 100% with 50% EPA. Or I have 50% dual rate with 100%EPA. You can program the Servo to fix it. But I like how it’s been driving the way it is.
For fast tracks Like usually pnwc track are that turning Angle should be enough. But what about smaller tight more technical tracks. Do you get enough steering then?
@@Flok1986 yes. I run a taller tire for smaller tracks so it’s more aggressive.

@@OneTwenty8Channel there's always the live stream, but I definitely appreciated Mod Live Media's coverage of PNWC as it was easier to watch and follow along with the excitement. I liked how this video was filmed from the driver stand and followed along with the action. I wish more people volunteered to do that for sure.

All different chassis. There are RTRC’s , Reflex Racing , PN 3.0 , GL Racing , PN 2.5 , Kyosho.

As promised (per my FB comment), I had the video in my "to watch" list. Thank you, greatly, for the info pertaining the the V2 front end. On my own, without having watched this video, I figured out the steering link length problem...but, thanks to you, I now understand why the sway bar (ie. anti-roll bar) doesn't seem to be functioning properly. Technically, it was functioning correctly prior to installing the front dampers...but, after the dampers were installed, the left/right arms no longer moved together. Also, it could be related to my having installed the 'middle' (ie. green) sway bar, which might not be thick enough. First, I'll adjust the length, and test again...and, if they're still not "together", then I'll give the blue bar a try.

@@OneTwenty8Channel I adjusted all measurements to what you indicated, as well as switched the sway bar to the blue one, and all is working perfectly now. Initially, I left the green sway bar on, but it's still wasn't functioning correctly after everything, except the dampers, was reinstalled. That's why I switched to the blue sway bar. I have no way of proving this, as I don't have the V1.2 front...but, what I am suspecting is, because of the wider stance, and the parts that make it wider, it positions the sway bar mounts at a different angle, which, in turn, causes the thinner bars to be unusable. I'm guessing that the increased angle of the sway bar mounts is the true cause of this. Either way, it doesn't really matter anymore, four, as I said above, everything is now functioning optimally. Do you have a full brake down to theses cars I am new and still trying to figure it out I like the set up and would like to know where to get everything.

RTRC RTA , GL GLR , REFLEX RACING RX28 , MWX Performance R.1 , PN RACING 3.0 are some of the chassis out there.

I did not , never have, just clean it after a couple runs
Forgive me for the stupid question, how do you turn esc on and off? I have the same Esc as you but do I have to press the little button above it or am I missing something?

What's the difference between a pan car and a 2wd mod car? Clubs tend to spec them differently, sure... but if I throw a pan car body on my 2wd mod car - is it going to handle differently? I suspect that the pan car body makes a ton of grip because it's basically a giant wing, which would change the amount of available grip at all 4 corners, which would mean that tire / camber / toe / suspension that worked for 2wd mod would not necessarily work for pan car; but I'm just hypothesizing, and would appreciate any details that you could share!
All that changes is the body between the two classes. I normally keep the same set up from 2WD mod to a Pan car body. Generally I feel more steering just going to pan car , so I dial down the dual rate to compensate for that.

@@OneTwenty8Channel A pan car chassis is different than a well what you would call a touring chassis or touring car just look at a 1/10th scale pan car chassis then a regular 1/10th scale touring car chassis...
@@johnsmith-oh2xo not in 1/28 scale. You can use the exact same chassis for both classes.

Wow, this layout looks insanely good. My club just got a ton of RCP and they've been experimenting with layouts that looks like something straight out of a "1001 Extra-Hard Mazes" paperback from the middle school book fair... I'm going to try to convince them to make a big, fast layout like this sometime soon. (Car looks dialed, too, of course.)
I appreciate it. All about the learning curve for the club and what brings in the most people.
@@OneTwenty8Channel Update: I mentioned that perhaps a big, fast layout would be nice; and the next day when I got to the shop, the track had morphed into an 10-second speedway with a 40ft back straight. We ended up racing a 30 minute enduro on it. Most fun I've had with the Mini-Z yet!

Love the shop Alex ! Hopefully, one day i'll make a trip out there to have some fun with you and Paul Paras (PimpMaster). Many years back (2009), I won a 100 minute enduro Mini-Z race. The first 30min was raced in normal lighting. And then the next 30min, the light turns turned off and the neon lights and dry ice were on !! The dry ice fog section was at one portion of the track which still made it easy to drive through. It was too cool as many of us had Kyosho lights mounted on our cars. Sometimes, when the dry ice ran thick on the small straight away, you can see a trail of dry ice fog leaving the car as we sped through it at full throttle. And then the remaining 40min was raced with the lights on. When I saw this video, it reminded me of that race. I still have the trophy for that 100 minute enduro race. Anyways, just something i wanted to share with you. Thanks for all the cool videos Alex.
