Police Academy Actor Tab Thacker Gravesite
Made a visit to Talmadge "Tab" Thackers Gravesite. He's Best Known for his Wrestling at NC State and a Actor in Movies such as Police Academy movies numbers 4 and 5, Wildcats, City Heat and Identity Crisis. I have included a drive to the actual Resting Spot due to being a little difficult to find him. Took me 3 tries. In case anyone wishes to Visit Him as well. His early passing at the young age of 45 is believed to be complications from Diabetes!

Schitt That Happens to me. I got a magnet so I could Mount Gopro on Outside of Windshield. Magnet Mount claimed it was Super Strong Magnets. Would stay Up to 80 MPH. Well, Yeah Gopro fell off at about 60 MPH. On a Bridge Even! Those Darn Magnets!!! Got it Back tho. Still working Just Fine.

Nope. Still have same transmission and car. Was quite smooth drive up the hill. The walk up to observation deck from the parking lot at Mt. Mitchell was a 300 yard killer for me. I made it to the top tho. Thanks for Watching. Hope you enjoyed!

That's Curtis Valley Overlook I think it's called on Blueridge Parkway. Nearest sizable town is Marion NC. Map it from there and you'll go right to it on Parkway. 20 to 25 miles from Marion. Takes about 40 or 45 minutes tho. Single lane and winding roads. Slow going. Thanks for watching videos. Glad you want to visit places up there. Excellent time of year to go. When I was there Marion was at 90 degrees. At That overlook on car dashboard said 62 at the same time. That's a nice thing to say about baseing your trip on these videos. Thank You! Mt Mitchell is the highest peak east of the Mississippi and the cool thing is .. at the tower, at the top you can see 5 states ..

I was in a VW Jetta. Good road. Sharpest turn was the Forest Gump Curve. You would make it fine in Van. Only thing you would have to worry about is that Wind on those windier days. It was Howlin' that day. Thanks for Watching! Always Always Appreciated!!!
