You can upsize tyres on stock hilux/fortuner up to 275/60/18 without messing with suspension and other parts. Unfortunately all local dealers only sell stock 265/60/18 or 285/60/18. 285s are stock size for land cruisers, nissan patrols and other American bigger SUVs. Which is why people have to bear the cost of suspension upgrades and messing up with centre of gravity of the vehicles. If possible, kindly make a video on 275s for hilux/fortuner to demonstrate that this tyre size upgrade can be fitted to their car without any mods. Love your work ❤❤

Most of my use on Highway roads cruising from 60-100km/h Around 5 times/Year Overlanding in and around state with Local Offroad group. Option 1: With Stock Alloys and Tyres upgrade Option 2: Alloys and Tyres upgrade Option: Alloys, Tyres and SUSPENSION Change. Kindly suggest the tire size and suspension Mod to be choosen.

Thank you for the very informative video. I have a hilux with upsized BFG tyres (285/60R18) on the original rims. Have upgraded the suspension with 2 inch ironman lift and upper control arms. I want to upgrade the rims with negative offset. Can you suggest the ideal size for the rim. Don't want to have the tyre sticking out of the vehicle bodyline.
