Respected sir, if posterior polar cataract surgery is done using FLACS, what are the chances of nucleus drop and vitreous prolapse ?

I have been told, after being scheduled to get this lens in less than 2 weeks locally, that I now cannot get the IC-8 in my prescription for over 3 months, so surgery was cancelled. Do you know the reason for not being able to get this lens easily?

So what brand was uses in the new eye? Can you have different brands in the eyes without complications? I have a zeiss ct lucia monofocal in left eye and would love this piggyback in my left to get trifocal. Om 40. I have much light disturbance and halos even 2 months post surgery. DON'T go to Medanta Hospital, India and DON'T go for EDOF lenses: In the name of MEDANTA, I went for Cataract Surgery with Dr. Sudipto Pakrasi. He spoiled my case after charging around INR300,000 for the EDOF lenses and FEMTO Laser surgery. Post-surgery, I'm having the following issues: a. Distant vision not clear b. Near vision not clear c. Seeing excessive halos d. Seeing double images / shadows e. Pain in eyes f. Not able to see the Green Arrow of Traffic Light g. Persistent heaviness in my eyes Some doctors can have 38 years of "wrong and irresponsible" experience. He is an EXTREMELY RUDE, ARROGANT, MONEY-MINDED, MISBEHAVED, and NARCISSISTIC doctor ever. Is this lens different from Alcon Panoptix lens?

Hi Dr. Bellone. I have a PSC cataract that was caused by a Kenalog shot that I was given because of a cystic macular edema I had. The inflammation is completely gone. The retina Dr. says because I had the inflammation he recommends I get a monofocal lens. Do you think I could still be a candidate for the Synergy or Panoptic lens? I have heard that the Vivity lens may work well in my situation. My normal vision is good for distance but I have to wear reading glasses for computer and reading. Does the the Vivity lens have a good cosmetic appearance with little reflection? I look forward to your response. thank you!
