These are only the third and fourth movements of a four-movement symphonic suite. If you like this, listen to the whole thing. Rimsky-Korsakov builds the entire work which is about 40 minutes from whole or fragments of his two leitmotifs, one for Shahrzad (Scheherazade) and one for the mentally deranged king which she brings back to sanity after 1001 nights of story telling!

How can anyone dislike the years of sacrifice each of these fantastic Musician had to give in order to interpret and play with so much feeling and beauty.
