I have a problem with my android display. NTG oem menu worked fine until today. when i switch to the oem menu now i just see a black screen after the boot logo. audio (radio,cd) works. the fuse for the command is fine, settings still show the correct set up for the oem display, no reset worked (10 sec on cd eject) what else can i do?

Is this unit in particular, wired Android Auto and wired Apple CarPlay? It doesn’t have wireless of either?

I get signal but now I am having an issue where there is no bass, no matter what input selection I am using (even through the NTG system like CD). It's like the subwoofers are no longer being used. I think it may be caused by using the physical USB/AUX input but no sure how to fix it

Mine works like this in my a45 amg, but whenever somebody calls me I have to manually select AUX to be able to speak via in car hands free, anybody else have a fix ? I have set the aux positions and auto aux settings are correct

Please help. Me and my husband have tried multiple WORKING ON SIM cards and they even “click” into place in the unit. But it never recognizes the SIM card . When I go to network settings all the options are dark and I can’t press anything. I don’t know if it’s because the SIM card isn’t being recognized that the settings are dark OR if it’s because the settings are dark and can’t be clicked on that the sim isn’t being recognized. Please help!

PleAse help, me and my husband have tried to put multiple SIM cards in the screen and it never ever recognizes the sims we put in. It clicks into place and it never comes on. When we go to mobile network it’s all blank and we can’t press anything

I have a 2014 E550 4matic Sedan! Is anyone having a connection problem with phone calls? When someone calls me or I call them they say they cant hear me? It don't happen all the time, but it does happen and they have to call me back, or I call them then it's clear? Is there a setting on my iPhone 12 max pro or a setting on the Android 11 that will fix it? I had the front camera put on my Benz and when I put it in drive and the camera was scrolling but there was a setting to fix it so Im wandering could this also be a setting for the phone calls?
