i was 13 when i first heard this song, I'm now 19 and it still hits hard that i listened to this as i couldn't put my words together, I'm 19 and still struggling but from different reasons (mental health and chronic health) but whenever I'm low i listen to the song

i'm sorry but i just hate this song so much it irritates me 😩

My mother was bedridden for five years of my life because she has CIRS and we had a shit ton of mold in the house we didn't know about. I was stuck from 3 to 8 learning how to do chores and take care of my mother, myself, and all the animals. My dad was absent at the time up until recently and my siblings all moved out years before. She nearly died in the upstairs bathroom, and did suffer from hallucinations and weak legs. We couldn't afford going to the hospital either. She's safe now, still sick but capable of doing things every day like working on the house or doing farm chores, and I'm now almost 13. It sucked.

So many people have been leaving my life right now at the same time, and it hurts :(...

I remeber listen to this when i was like 10/9 (i don't remeber right), not because i was feeling sad or depresed (or not for far i remeber) i just liked this tipe of songs (still do) and i can just listen to them in lop again and again. Now i'm here, listen to this old sad, maybe "cringe" or "edgy" songs. Still cool and depressing like i remeber. (Btw i recomend you all "Baby don't cut" , i loved that song since a long time and maybe someone can like it to, or can it help them if they need something to listen while having a sad ep. You're not alone)

My mother died in July of 2020. I think about her every day. This song is a great comfort

I lost my mum about 15 years ago, she was an alcoholic with CPTSD and (suspected) OSDD. Even after my baby sister passed a few years prior, she still managed to keep strong. Until she relapsed, and spoke to her sociopath mother. She was an abusive drunk, but she was such a brilliant woman. I still see her and talk to her. This song really did open old wounds. I wish I could have done more for her. But the choice to be with her was ripped away from me. I was a child, but still. My vote was never considered. I just... miss her. Love you, Ma.

I used to listen to this song every day from the ages 8 to 14; I never thought I would live past 13, let alone 18. I am 18 now, and I feel so lost still, but things are getting better. My best advice is to escape your circumstances and actually find a purpose and reason; that is the only thing that saved me. You matter. You are loved. You will be missed. Don’t let your negative thoughts convince you otherwise.

I found this song recently, my mom had breast cancer. Luckily it was found early and was removed. But they had to take out a fair bit of breast tissue and it’s causing her pain. It was so close to her heart too… hopefully she recovers
