The main opponent of the mod is the titular character from the Sonic.EXE series, but it also features many other horror-oriented characters from other official and fan-made Sonic media, including Sonic (PC PORT), Sonic CD, Sunky, Sonic R, Sonic Shorts, and Sonic the Comic.
Mario's Madness V2 is a mod directed by Marco Antonio. The mod is centered around Super Horror Mario, a demonic version of the original Mario, from the rather well-known artwork by Shadow-Shana on Deviantart. Included within the mod are many fan-created versions of official Nintendo content from the Super Mario Bros. franchise.
