Looks like a lovely a relaxing day. I’ve lived all my life by the sea, and there’s nothing more calming, but also invigorating than a stroll by the sea. Where is this harbour? I’m assuming it’s up North.

You might not have had much on your haul, but it was good value and all useful. I also found that whole milk diluted with water also tastes better than skimmed milk 👍🏻

He was horribly shocked saying, "Who could afford these prices? ". I said about the same today, while looking for a meat I could afford. I walked away with one Smoked Turkey leg for $5.56. Ooh that burger looked good...I am vegetarian but I cannot eat soya or quorn..(just can't seem to digest it) so the one you had made from cauliflower and other veg would be perfect for me...didn't it look meaty though!

😂 I thought that sounded like "Rage Against the Machine" ... know the enemy!! I have been listening to that and my son is going furious realizing that mum's era was the above, Eminem, Nirvana etc. I saw Nirvana at the ANU and it was boring. Cobain just sat on a chair 😢 But my kids are in disbelief 😂 I used to go out on the piss all the time, but this generation stay home!! It is weird. Must be pay back for all the times I came home at 3 a.m drunk to my parents complaints... now I am complaining that they don't go out and stay home driving me nuts.😂 I love Chinese 5 spice in a chicken asian greens soup with noddles and put cumin in with a can of tomato and chicken stock and that tastes homey too. Ginger is wonderful. Not many people like it, so I can pick up free store ginger biscuits at the charity! I will have to watch it so I don't get too fat over Christmas. I couldn't run to save myself. Seriously, I'd knock myself out with my huge knockers. Speed walking is it. Great job still being able to run!! You must be getting ready for the boxing day sales! 😊😊Belinda

Well done great bargains, If you grow sweet potatoes you can also eat the plants leaf in stir fry and stew etc, keep your tree leaves you raked for your compost pile, free compost 😊
