I bought the Holly terminator X max along with new fuel injectors, throttle body,and a gas pedal since I was DBW It cost me over 2000 bucks for this but it runs like a new car!!!

Is there a build video on the motor/trans? I just bought this motor/trans from Victor the guy you sold it to last year. Question: Is the trans manual valve body and does it still have a lockup converter? Did you freshen the motor i was told it only had 3K miles on it. I see the video from 4 years ago this setup was in your Firebird.

I had a pro shop do mine and it messed with the speakers they ran it from than my sub keeps getting powered even when off. They fixed the problem with the connection up feont but its still sending power to the sib at random

I did a new tank and new fuel level and fuel pump holder both of those were 600 bucks my Holley' fuel pump was 200 fuel injectors 500 bucks 8 AN PTFE line was 100 and fittings another 100 1500 bucks just a basic fuel system. I did that all over my car using good parts I have a 2007 LQ4 I took it apart and I rebuilt it

Thanks for the video! My Camaro is a 2014 so it's slightly different, the battery ground is like 1 gauge. I put a ground wire on the engine block, it seemed easier than the belt pulley tensioner

Just dropped a LS1 in my 92 Camaro! I just got my engine bay painted so putting it in with no fenders, bumper, hood, and tubular A-arms was a piece of cake! Slid right in and had 0 issues! First time for everything I guess 😂

I have a 17 Chevy 1500 5.3, mine would go only a little up and goes back done. I checked and there’s no leak. Would this be a thermostats or could a belt that’s not a heavy squell could cause this?

The old battery you removed is the battery that came with your car new. OE batteries in all GM vehicles have a black and silver label on top. If you notice your replacement has a different colored label. 45 years as a auto parts person selling Delco batteries.

I've got A 83 firebird v8 base Manual trans. T tops. power nothing. it's A factory heater car. It weighs 3199 full of gas. So with me its 3450,ish. Anyway, I have 235 60 15s. (grandprix) and it locks up every time, under hard braking. My Questions are my tires too narrow? Just bad tires? Is there A size that prevents lock up? Not sure when or if these cars ever got ABS. but I do not have ABS.

What’s part # and will it work for 5.3

You are wrong about the vent hose and connection. All interior mounted batteries require a vent hose. My 2016 2SS came with an AGM battery and it had a vent on it. The vent pipe connection is an elbow and I left mine in the old battery. It fits in a hole on the side of the battery. My Interstate AGM replacement battery has a vent hole on both sides. You have to remove the old vent from the old battery and then install the little elbow that the vent hose hooks to. NO BODY MENTIONS THIS ON ANY VIDEO I HAVE SEEN. Yes, the AGM battery requires a vent hose! I am shocked by the number of wrong answers on this. Good luck finding anyone who even has a clue SO DON'T LOSE THE OLD FITTING!!! MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE IT FROM THE OLD BATTERY or else you can buy a new complete vent hose assembly for $28 from dealer!
