Starting the engine for the first time. Still have many bugs to work out.
please share 3d model of this clamping work holding

What Steel alloy is used for the wedge blades?
@@Mirage5892 1018 steel.
miteebite does these
@@dimsum5567 Mitee-Bites offers the Uniforce clamps that work similarly. The advantage of these other then the cost is that they are designed to fit into a tight pocket with little gap to accumulate chip build up. Also these are made from steel rather than aluminum.
I'm impressed now just make them with holes for 4 inch jaws and I'm set 😂
seconded!
I've been making fixtures/pallets like this (dovetail/self centering) for over a decade. Definitely not a new idea but not a bad idea to premake them and sell to others who don't want to waste their own machine time to make them.
Oh nice! I bought one of your Haas lathe turret tool holders, great value! This pallet system is definitely something I want right away for my Kurt 6" vises. Would this work on a 4" TECO double vise? Might be tricky.
Dang this is actually kinda nice.
That's an awesome pallet system. It looks super simple and flexible. Well done.
Very cool will look into it
Dang. I use 4inch dual stations. Doesn't look like they will work currently
We do have plans on making them for the 4" vise as well.
@@TeamJC777 excellent!
You forgot to mention you don’t need to remove your vice/tram in another clamping system when swapping workholdong methods. That’s one of the minor pain points in hoeing from a peorson pallet job to a vice job. Better to never remove the vice if possible
The whole point of the peirson is you put the vise on a pallet
@@LoneWolfPrecisionLLC i run a mini pallet, not interested in the little guy holding my vice for heavy steel hogging. otherwize love the mini pallet sysytem. super quick!
Your right and I always have a vice mounted on my tables so setup for this is really quick.
That's a good idea man! You should make a video touching off on the side of your pallet to show how repeatable it really is. I was also wondering if you could used this jaws on the back side of your vise for larger, singular pallets.
Good idea I think I will make a video showing that. Also yes you can use the jaws on the back end of the vice as the step is above the vice. We will be offering larger 10"x12" pallets on our website very soon. They will fit directly in a single vice but can use the back side for double vices.
I made a video demonstrating the repeatability. I'll link it below. th-cam.com/video/JNkpLQICg6w/w-d-xo.htmlsi=DAagoTkLxoWY6bts
Amazing work
That's awesome!
Oil feed line with a sensor? Got a link to where u got it from?
why not climb cutting?
Nice observation. I'm using my old tool path that I used for my long flute endmill. When you conventional cut with a lot of flute length it doesn't chatter as much. I don't think it was necessary with this endmill and I'll make my next video climb cutting.
@@TeamJC777 Fair enough, I have rarely ever not used climb cutting on CNC machines so I was curious. If it works it works right!
From where did you got that crank pulley.?
Hey what’s up, when you change your transmission from automatic to manual transmission, did you change your ECU as well? If so what changes did you made?
Hey man, can you give me the link from where you bought that crank pulley from im looking for one.
Man id love to work with you oneday on a 420a

Team Jesus Christ gods # 777
Nice ride and great build i want to do my 420a as wel but with other part so think but the Wisco pistons and eagle Rods i Also going to use do you have any tips for me before i start my build
A little tip for speeding up the valve lapping: Electric drill and some vacuum hose. Put the compound on the valve and the seat, put the valve in the head and slide the hose over the stem from the back side. Put the other end of the hose over a bit in the drill. Makes that go by waaaaay faster than the old suction cup. Be careful not to get carried away, though.
*Reads the title*....."Why?"
That beautiful I can't wait to turbo my eclipse
