I have watched several vids and no one explains where the upper clips go into as well as the metal clip from the old mirror. Except this had a few good shots which made sense finally. Thanks
The upper plastic clips are two on each side, attached to the mirror, with tabs facing out. They snap into slots on the motorized receiver. Don't pull too hard or you will damage the motorized part. Start with the outer upper tabs. If it doesn't pull away easily, take a long skinny flat blade screwdriver and poke down on the upper plastic tab and up on the lower tab. Wiggle and repeat until it pops loose. Repeat for the upper inner tabs. For the lower plastic hooks, move the mirror back and forth a few times then try to get it to pop up. If it doesn't come easily, carefully rotate the motorized tilt upward and try again. Hold the mirror carefully and pull out any connectors. Once the mirror is free, the metal clips from the old mirror can be pushed out of their slots with a screwdriver. Push them into the new mirror slots by hand. Installation is the reverse. Replace connectors, and get the lower plastic hooks to seat firmly in the slots. Line up the metal clips so that the mirror can be pushed further in. Rotate the motorized receiver down and in. Push the metal clips on the mirror part inward a little to get it to fit. You should see marks or grease from where they were. From there, line up all four plastic tabs on the upper slots carefully. If they are lined up, it should push in smoothly and snap in place. It helps to take pics along the way. Before you take something apart take a pic before and after every time you remove something. Make sure the thing you removed is in the second pic.
We missed some of the angles but helped me enough to feel confident in replacing my mirror 👍
This video saved me. On everything I read in the instructions, online, in other set up videos- NO ONE showed the short hose on the other two in/outputs. My alarm was ringing like crazy on my chiller and I couldn’t figure it out. Obviously, a newbie but still! Thank you!

The top metal clips , Its a little hard to see exactly....do they slide into 2 slots or just slide by plastic tabs?? Thanx for a good video

I just got one too my Brother and I love it .
Hi! Just bought a OMtech 100watt laser. Set up water chiller, same one you have. We keep getting a water one error, which is water a water flow error. We can see the water flowing and we tested with an ohm meter, which says water is flowing. Any thoughts why we keep getting this error? Does some other setting need to be changed? We can not even perform the mirror calibration. Thanks!
I would make sure your lines are ported correctly. Jump out let a to inlet a then take the other output and let that hose hang off in a bucket and turn on make sure it is flowing. We had an issue with a kinked line.

Just bought one. Haven't used it yet but it seems to be pretty good for the price. One thing, if you ever feel the need to use the miter gauge, or even just the miter slot, forget it. The gauge is totally worthless and even the slot is useless the way it's made. Unfortunate that they didn't at least make the miter slot more standard.
there is a lil rubber black hole in the middle back of the of the aluminum face plate to put the hex key

Hi Kevin, the black plastic inserts around the router bit that I received are not flush with the table. The wood sticks or hits the table edge and stops when I try to feed the wood. Any ideas to make it feed smoothly. Thank you!
Not sure on that particular set up by some have adjustment screws in the plate that allow you to adjust it level. The one I have (cheap) did not so I used some painters tape on the bottom of the plate to raise it flush. You could also put a few dots of hot glue down on the lip if the table and while it is still hot, press the router plate down until it it flush. The glue won’t stick tothe aluminum table so you can still remove and reinstall the router.
Just got one as well. I think I am going to enjoy it and I agree this seems to be a pretty good sturdy table for a router
