i think its just a coincidence but when i put on a custom cursor i got a blue screen and hour or two later, and i had to use windows media tool in a usb to use the pc again. Idk what happened honestly

Chapter "Auto-assign categoies to incoming email" shows adding a *condition* for the email being already *assigned to* the category "Product Team", instead of in step 2 of the Rule Wizard as an action "Assign to category 'Product Team'". I'm using Outlook 2021 installed on my laptop. I follow the directions exactly, using the "Condition|From... and selecting my wife's email from the list. I have selected a red font. ►Problem #1: I click ok one everything, and close out the settings, and nothing changes. ►Problem #2 I read somewhere, that it may be necessary to move the rule to the top in the conditional formatting list, but the "Move up", and "Move Down" buttons are greyed out. -- Any suggestions on how to fix either of these problems will be greatly appreciated.

what about on file explorer where i want to all caps a file name without retyping it?
