I have played a lot of games with the postapocalyptic Setting, but Mad Max takes the cake for me here. I will turn 47 next year and being one of these people who grew up watching the Mad Max Movies of old, the game was a breath of fresh air for me. Having said that, I had a lot of fun with the game, dexpite being repetitive, yet it still gave me the Mad Max Feeling while driving around in search for scrap, historical relics, car boedies etc. The free flow combat system suits me well too, especialy when entering fury mode and execute the brutal moves and finishers :) The Game deserves 2 or more sequels, because this universe has so much potential to tackle.

I totally agree with you about the AI, sometimes you can finish last in super easy mode even dough you're trying really hard, and sometimes you win by a long distance even dough you're in legendary mode against some Chiron, Rimac or Evira. They should have program an adaptative AI that adapt itself regarding the performance of the car and your driving style (not like a rubber band AI) And I do agree on the fact that the game looks good even dough during replay you often have the tyres of your car that gets blurry But the sound quality is great, the music is cool, tyre noises appear exactly when they're suppose to while other racing games are making tyre noise everytime you take a single turn ! That and the fact that the career mode is not so great with all of thses time attack (some are impossible to beat btw) and with the small championnships (only 5 races of 5 laps each !) But overall this game is good fun even dough it was very close to become a masterpiece who could have overpass the GT and FM series

Good news for mobile players, it will come out on December 2024.

This game is absolutely broken still.... I was playing it last night and right after the part where you follow Dani and find her in your ship opening the containers it never loads the next part no matter what I do, found other people who had the issue but nothing to fix it.

Meh I liked the world and the weapons but the combat is awful IMO. Just makes me not want to play it.

Yeah right this game is no longer available on the Xbox 2024. The whole reason why I bought an Xbox X series shit

Project Cars 3 - I have the game - and I will agree this is not a Project Cars 1 or 2 racing game. Because we seem to have to unlock cars and there arre goals to achieve which PC1 and 2 do not have, this makes Project Cars 3 game more Arcade-ish. Although there is a way to select any car to race in single race mode, but they still do not get unlocked. Racing with the AI - There are some vehicles that are drivable/raceable and some that are ridiculous/terrible with their default settings. I think the people that designed PC3 likes the vehicles to do drifting in the corners. Several of the tracks are from real named race tracks, but how accurate they are, would have no idea. Its a game. I purchased the game because it provides VR support and I knew from reviews that the game would be an Arcade-ish game. I am not fussy, it is another racing game to be entertained for a while. I prefer Project Cars 2 for more serious racing and it also has VR. PC2 also has bugs and quirks in it. I only do offline racing with the AI. Thanks for the video and take care.

if youre coming from the standpoint of a simcade racer then yeah, the game is fine. but we supported slightly mad for a straight up sim. we gave funding for a sim. there are dozens of need for speeds and to us, they're all the same. good sims are far and few though they betrayed their fans and backers for a mediocre game that no one wanted. so if you enjoy simcades then sure, im sure youll like pc3 but.. you already have so many options

Question to say m racers: while I fully sympathize with the devs pulling the carpet out from under you, aren't there enough sim-focused games these days? I remember when it was just GTR and Richard Burns, but now there are 2 Asetti Corsas, I-racing, RFactor, Automobilista 2, BeamNG, Dirt Rally and my personal favorite, Raceroom. Even the MotoGP games are more sim than arcade. For a relatively niche market, that's a pretty good offering these days.

Checking in at 2024. Forza 7 is just as playable as in 2021. Though they haven't fixed the bugs with the achievements on Xbox consoles, as well as that one track that people say the lane out of the pit stop is blocked.

Lets just hope they end up bringing Automobilista2 to consoles. The game PrC 3 should have been. Shame, we finally got a decent sim for console and 2 games in they sell out and make just another racing game.

I am type of gamer who loves need for speed but I don’t bother with visual upgrades. To me, this is a very good game but the cop chases and the upgraded system are what what makes this game very annoying.

I’ve always liked pc3. I understand the problem everyone has with it, and would understand it being called project cars x (rather than 3, due to de differences with its predecessors), but it gave us something different from gran turismo and Motorsport, and that was cool. Had the reception been different, with constructing criticism instead of just criticizing it because of it being something else, and we would have a sick pc4, in the middleground between 1, 2 and 3 and giving a headache to the developers in gt7 and fm8 (which they need, given the reception both games have had). It’s a shame that “small” studios can get littered just for giving us something different to what we expected (even though we were warned, and the fact that the quality of the final product was good)

Can you play offline without connected to the internet?

This was a good game. Solid 7.5 Slow start and slightly anti-climactic ending but it was a good, realistic sort of survival game. You'll geow to like the setting, characters and environment. Storyline was decent but ending left a bit to ve desired. A few times I stopped and took pictures of the night sky. Some beautiful visuals. Could definitely do with a sequel.
