Poor lighting , too many and lengthy part numbers to remember or buy somewhere , no sense of direction as to what you're looking at , and the ford parts dealer or service department won't know what you're talking about if you want to buy a replacement front chin splitter and have it installed.

That template doesn't work as intended. It takes too much off. Whoever made that should have made it a few millimeters smaller. It's better to have less cut than too much cut. I did one without the template and it turned out great. The second time I used the template and it didn't fit well and had too much cut off for the drilling.

What this video down tell you is that 1. You will never a large snap ring plier. 2. You might need to hook it to a scan tool to get the right feel for the steering. Because left turn will feel different from the right. One side will feel way to easy to turn.

I want to replace driver seat on 2003 with a 2000 seat. The original seat has three plugs under it and the 2000 only has one. I thought the driver's side didn't have opsd sensors?

This very same sound is coming from my 2023 CX-50 with 4,000 miles on it. I didn't notice it unless I drive between 20 mph and 5 mph.

Thank you for this, Ford. I have a 2015 King Ranch and this was done to my truck today. I dropped it off, got shuttled back home, and had it driven back to my house after it was repaired. It took about 2 hours.

The fact that you have to cut the bumper using a paper template to install a trailer hitch on an ‘adventure’ vehicle is ridiculous.

Kind of a dick move by Subaru to not include the template with the hitch package. My dealer had to print it out and I need to tape the pages together. For over $400 you think they could include a .25 template.

Why can’t I get my door handle to snap back in place?

Yesterday I repaired my wife's passenger side door on her 2014 Explorer. However, instead of using a Pneumatic Stapler (air) the 3/16 staples, I used the Ryobi Electric stapler with 1/4'' staples. It worked perfectly fine! Also, prior to stapling it, I applied some Gorilla Super Glue to assist with repairing the door. Just be sure to add some strong surface under the door where you will be stapling because you can potentially crack a porting of the lip that you are stapling... Ask me how I know lol.... But all in all, it turned out to be a success !

I bought a 2024 Wilderness and had the dealer install the hitch. I got it back with the cutout to the bumper but no fascia plate. I went back and said "this doesn't look finished". They said that this was the way they've all looked post dealer install. I came across this video and after investigation they came across the fascia-now being installed. Hoping for the best as I'm exceeding anal retentive. They're a great dealership so I think they'll make it right.

The dealership I bought from should've used this tutorial. They messed it up really bad and now I have a really bad looking fascia panel until they get me a replacement bumper to try again with........ SMH......

This video is helpful but it's odd that if you install the sensor improperly it does the exact thing you're trying to fix. It seems like the sensor is the problem. The sensor is telling the power steering to go into manual mode which means there is no power steering mechanical issue. Is there a way to get the car to work with the sensor removed?

My 06 accord euro revs up when I turn the steering wheel

Ford Dealership in Wisconsin is refusing to buy the part and insists on replacing entire steering column, causing a battle with the warranty company. This steering column is now on a "back order" for 2nd year and my warranty runs out in 2 months. I have tried 3 different places and all of them want to charge diagnostics, already paid that 3 times x$175. So when I hear other folks cursing Ford and their over-engineered vehicles, I completely agree with them now. Even mechanics quit over this shit as it doesn't pay enough to do this repair!

Know-how on combining holes. We put the sensor on a strong light source, I put it on the phone's flashlight and gently rotating the inner parts we look for the bottom hole. As found (it is lighter against the background of the lower plate), insert the paper clip and the sensor is ready for installation.

what are you using to cut through the bumper material?

my vibration is from 40mph continuous to 70+ anyone have a good fix for this. I would hate to trash my 2015 van not much trade in value as is. i would love to find a solution. i can't even put the original flex disk back in.

I had this problem fixed by my Mechanic, he did it, and it was very difficult to align properly. He had to get another sensor. Big question: Will this be permanently aligned? I am afraid that when I drive the car, it will suddenly freeze or turn to full left or right when I am driving, especially during high speed.

I just buy a 2015 T250, but I noticed it vibration when 60-70 miles speed.

How much cost to replace driveshaft?

I've got a vibration between 20 and 30 mph after this fix. Have you ever seen that? 2016, 175,000 miles, there was a slight vibration before but much more pronounced after this replacement.
