มุมมอง 262K8 ปีที่แล้ว
Part two in a series which shows how to defeat combination bicycle locks. The first video showed simple combination locks with no false gates in the combination wheels. The first video can be found here: th-cam.com/video/R8xkairIhug/w-d-xo.html This video tackles the more secure Kryptonite combination lock.

Fortress Disk Padlock - SPP'd

Cheap Fortress (Master Lock) Disk Lock picked opened nice and quick. Decent lock for beginners, though the tension needed for the core can be a bit difficult to get right.

Stock core, no security pins. I don't have a follower for this core type. so i'll have to pick one up to make challenge locks out of these. Hope you enjoy the video, and if you do, consider subscribing!
Reddit's r/lockpicking Challenge: Commercial Master Lock no.3 - SPP'd in 1.45 seconds (1st Place)
มุมมอง 3.8K8 ปีที่แล้ว
This is my 1st place run for SPP category in Reddit's first ever r/lockpicking Challenge. Everyone who entered received a Commercial Master Lock no.3 lock keyed exactly the same. There were 3 categories - SPP, Rake, and Creative Opening. Timing for Rake and SPP started with insertion of the pick (tension wrench placement not timed) and ended with an open.

American 5200 Series Padlock - Picked??
มุมมอง 1.7K8 ปีที่แล้ว
When i received this lock in the mail, I was ecstatic. I bust out my short hook and tension wrench and went to town. I soon found that the keyway was a little tight, and so i tried my small half diamond pick that is shown in the video. I slid it all the way to the back like i normally do when starting a pick, and applied tension and the lock opened without moving the pick. i thought the the pin...

Abus 83/45 Series Z w/ 6 pin Schlage C Core - Picked and Gutted
มุมมอง 1.6K9 ปีที่แล้ว
This is an Abus 83AL/45 Series Z which I configured with 6 pin stacks, though the key looks to be for 5 pins. This lock can be configured for key retaining or non-key retaining via the placement of the Abus patented Z-bar which you can see in the video. Lemme know if you like the video, and subscribe to see more!

I have a Bike 🚲 won't Lock is best for my Bike
What is the measurement to the middle bend that angles it toward your finger? Also, I'm sorry that most of these commenters are being jerks. I appreciate your videos and am glad to receive the help you are sharing. Thank you Sir.
bro just cut it with 20 dollar lock cutters
This method did not work for me and my Kryptonite but I did get it...appears my cheaper lock has only one false gate. Trick was to pull way harder than you think you need to: I was pulling with my right foot in the cable while pulling with my right hand and spinning dials with left hand 😂 then feel which dial (any dial) has the most tension and spin it til it almost locks on a number. Then find whichever next dial has the next most tension and repeat the process.
Hmm, I wonder if the spacing of the false and true gates is the same for all locks of that model. I'm guessing probably not - they probably just throw in a randomly spaced wheel when they assemble the lock. At least now though, if someone resets the code on your lock (assuming that the spacing stays constant per wheel), you should still be able to know which of the gates are true just by the spacing of the gates? 1st digit: T +4 F +4 F +2 2nd digit: T +1 F +8 F +1 3rd digit: T +4 F +2 F +4 4th digit: T +3 F +6 F +1
THANKS 🙏🏻 A LOT. You are saving me money. However, if I was living in a poor part of the city, my feelings towards you would not be so cordial 😂😅🤣
How much tension r u supposed to keep on the turning tool when picking tubular locks. I just upped my game to these
This " binder" explanation is pretty poor. And at 1:29, "they're all bound up" without showing us a better explanation of this "bound" thing and what you are actually referring to (are there 3 possible bound locations per dial?) is a pretty dismal and most important explanation that is not given enough time, demonstration and explanation. Is no mention to sound, vibration, and explanation why the dial will glide over certain digits and not others--then become impossible to reproduce not important here?
Good idea if you don't have access to a manufactured Tok wrench
New Sub, good content 👌
2023 can confirm still works😎
nice one,
Should heat it up before the bends and twists to make sure to keep metal strength
Me with only a pair of pliers watching
I haven't had any HUGE issues with this lock yet! th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfyHDlEqk6hqu9acdvK5NGzZsGKSokSbv It seems sturdy and like it will get the job done. I really like that it has a twisting lock feature to keep out dirt and debris. However, the mounting system is much too light for the lock, and continues to get loose/move around. It's mostly made of plastic parts, and I've had to tighten it a few times in the past week or so that I've had it. I'm worried that it's going to break off at some point while I'm riding. I'm considering just scrapping that part, but that would mean having to carry the heavy lock i my backpack and adding more weight. I wish I could have given this more stars, but without the mounting system, it's just another heavy lock that I have to cart around. UPDATE: Increased rating to 5 stars because the seller offered to provide a new lock and mounting system. Really appreciate the attention to customer service!!
you're lucky because you skipped 2 codes, you hesitated, but continued and it would've driven you mad.
That's a very strong lock, tough to crack, nothing a bolt cutter can't handle, but still one of the best bike locks I've seen...
😮
i can't understand which one is false key and true key
This guy should start selling his tensioners!
Don't Have Any Complaints
I did try but all of the numbers has resistant. 😭😭😭😭
The person who stole my bike probably watched this video
man I just got mine didn't he code and apparently I don't know the code I just put it
i feel all the same exactly the same tension. Wheels move very smoothly . Can you pls help
It actually works 😭😭😭😭 I have no idea how i changed my combination to this number but it does work
Would this methold word for the kryptonite 0521 folding model?
Really odd, Ex wife said she couldn’t remember the combo, said she will think about it later. Used this hack, she was upset when I solved it. I was like you just said you didn’t remember the combo and we are using it for the stroller at Disney. Think that combo was her debit card pin. LOL.
rename this vd to.. Cant afford a better newer bike? ..never mind,,,. Here is how to steal one, . Whats next? News at Ten showing us all how to steal stuff.
I admire your patience
I have a newer master bike lock. Seems all 4 wheels have a 9 false gates.
I'm fairly tech-savvy but I too can't discern what you're talking about relative to what I should be feeling/seeing... Can I just send it to you with a $20 and a SASE to crack mine? ;p
This is a good video.
Should we start by wd40 the lock keys? I noticed in one of your videos you suggested that but not in the others?
Can u decide a u lock
Fantastic man yoiu just saved me 30 Peterson dollars
I bought a set of Dangerfield ToK pry bars (I think similar to the Flat 5 set) when I started getting more into picking, but I almost never use them. For ToK, I use either wiper blade insert tensioners or bobby pin tensioners if I need a really small one. Honestly, I do about 75% of my picking with a couple of bobby pins.
I bought a kryptonite crypto lock on Amazon it was used But for $50 I assumed it would still be set to open I have tried the 00005 and nothing works I’m so pissed off
I CAN TENSION MINE ALL ON ZERO - THE FIRST 2 WONT MOVE AND THE NEXT 2 SPIN FREELY - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ?
THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE BUT I HAVE A KRYPTO AND IT'S SUPER HARD TO GET FEEDBACK FROM IT - SEEMS TO BIND/GRAB IN SOME MANY POSITIONS AND THEN SOMETIMES NOT - i found it years ago (locked of course) and after watching all these videos and trying until my fingers hurt , i wonder if thers something wrong with it
Would love to find some cases like the one in this video and others same but larger as well. Any website suggestions?
How much would u charge to make me one like u made and send to me ?
You need some?
Lol wow! And it's the garage 5 pin sealed copper core.
Thanks Hacked it in reverse. It was open then we reserved it.
i have not been able to sense the false or true gates. the wheels bind up when i apply tension pulling cables apart
@git pick'd mine doesn't bind at all. any suggestions?
it worked, great .
ilu
Just worked for me. The clicks on the gates were very prominent. Thank you for this!
1:12 Oops ... when I do this, I heat the piece with a flambé lighter until it glows red.
