Sorry for the late reply! It's similar, but these have a matte finish and not made from aluminum like the MacBook Pros. They would look similar, but not quite the same!

Great questions! You still need to have a normal state-issued plate on the front. The RPlate would only be for the back of your vehicle. Law enforcement is aware of these plates, so they will not pull you over unless something is preventing them from seeing your plate number or if your tags are expired.

Yeah, I definitely don't think Disney sabers are meant to last. They're aimed at younger audiences, especially the ones you make at Savvi's!

Theoretically, you could uninstall the Rplate and put it in your new car and everything would transfer once the registration is complete with the DMV. If the Rplate stays on the old car, the plate number and tags would be removed if you transfer the plate number to the new car.

It's possible that their audience wasn't as interested in those units compared to the xenopixels!

@@technically00 that is definitely a possibility. Proffie tends to be a lot more expensive so it's possible they switched it to just Xenopixel since it was probably doing the best out of the three

Proffie also requires a lot of specific pre-programming to do as well

It's surprisingly good for a speaker located in the hilt of a lightsaber. Don't expect it to be Dolby Digital quality, but it's way better than Disney's lightsaber speakers and has volume levels from 0-10

If they were a reseller, I'm sure they'd have more options through their website. Considering that they have a limited selection suggests that they sell their own hilts, albeit with neopixel sabers

They're not a resale store. They make their own hilts in a shop in florida.

@@technically00 It would be great if LaCie gave us the option of turning it off. In fact, I purchased an 8 TB drive, and I originally wanted the LaCie, for the faster copy times of files (really helps with large movie files) , but I just could not get past that light🙂 . Maybe if they address this issue, I can get my next drive from them.

@@fayyazalli1295 That would be ideal, but some might think the light is pleasing. Not everyone finds it a distraction, but you can always put a piece of gaff tape over it if it truly bothers you!

I gave Disney the score on versatility in the sense of "ease of use" because you don't need a tool to remove the blade. Disney's lightsabers are more user-friendly in the sense that you can just twist and lock and you're good to go, no tools needed.

@@technically00 you don't switch the blade in and out every few minutes also it 's not very sturdy in you play with it it can flew out .

@@maszkalman3676 Like I mentioned, Disney's blades are more user-friendly and easy to use so that any age group can easily remove the blade. No need to bring a small wrench with you wherever you go.
