When I start dating myself I felt ease and joy. It help me discover myself even more, instead waiting for someone to do it for me why not I do it for myself? We had this behavior that we always give but expecting something in return. I tend to be a people pleaser back then and I was always full of energy when I'm around especially my friends and become drain when I'm alone. I learned to heal, distant myself, and getting to know myself even more when I start dating myself and doing solo dates, window shoping and whatever you wanna do it doesn't have to be money all the time but a place where you felt safe and calm. This may sound silly but asking yourself like "why do I feel this way?" "What made me angry?" etc.... become my medicine to heal cause at the end, no one will save you but yourself. Your scared to be alone but whats more scary is when you lose yourself.
