    I have said this a few times on my channel, that "it's only' is the plan that I follow. I am only vowing to be healthy for 1 week. It's ONLY a week. Of course I can hold it together for a week! After the week I can reevaluate! So I love your plan!!!

    Pure maple syrup and honey can be a big help. It's a natural sugar that isn't processed. But it won't help with the physical sugar withdrawal.

    I am so excited to watch this journey. I'm going to try to do this as well. I'm not looking forward to the sugar withdrawal. Last time the sugar withdrawal lasted over a month and it really messed with my emotions. Alot of crying for no reason.

    I always find it hard to stick to things because I take on too many "milestones" at once for my goal. Celebrate the small things and don't try to take on too much at one time. I also hate the summer heat.

    No fast food is a great idea! What exercise are you focusing on this year? You should invest in some nice sweat wicking workout gear! i couldn’t survive without mine haha! I’m a sweat monster.

      That’s a good idea! I’m mostly walking now, but I do want to start doing more soon, I’ll have to find some good gear!

      I actually have thought about it a few times! I really like what people say about it quieting the ‘food noise’ in their mind. But I’m kind of afraid of going on medications-I’ll have to do more research to see if that would be a good option. Thanks for commenting with help!

      But really how much "damage" did you do? Look at your start to now. Is it going in the right direction? Then you're good! Basically you had a vacation. So what. At the holidays everyone "goes off the wagon" and it's fine. I suggest you make a plan in the future. Plan a vacation - even if it's just a day trip - for later on in the year. Then when start feeling down instead of spiraling you can think about the lovely time you'll have soon!

    5lbs a week is amazing! Are you tracking your calories? I found that tracking my calories (weighing my food) and intermittent fasting has helped me the most! Not sure if IF is suitable for binge eating though!

    Lovely, no 1 thing to do to loose weight is to start being kinder to yourself. Look at how hard you are trying, give yourself love and grace and think you deserve all the healthy goodness and peace that come with it. Punishing yourself to weightloss never works, so keep up the motivation and if you don't speak kindly to yourself who will? ❤ good luck!
