Hmmm that’s weird… I have heard of some issues with different parts of the dlc in general but not this specifically. Have you tried relogging or restarting your game? Could also try hopping beds or killing your character, could trigger it to sort itself out… last idea I could think of the top of my head would be transfer off and back onto the map… I have also noticed sporadic issues with collecting notes on Scorched if you are in GCM or LeaveMeAlone, not sure where/how you are playing so I figured I’d throw that out there… let me know if any of these work!

So it seems to depend on where you are playing, I checked on single player and it did not seem to have any Dinos in the cave at all, but I also checked on the scorched on my cluster and that did indeed have Dinos in the cave… regular cave Dinos and the new croc, deinosuchus. That being said I believe I still have that mod active on the server from before the croc was added to the base game so those may not be in there if you are playing on official.

The breeding is definitely the most complicated part of the game so it’s understandable, took me a bit to wrap my head around it as well… is there anything specific you are having a hard time with that I can try to explain better for ya? Feel free to ask any questions you have and I will do my best to answer!

You can try a few options, you could try gliding down on a drake or yi-ling if you have one, drake could help ya fight what’s down there… another option would be to fly down with a tek suit then back out, or you could rip down with a hazard suit with a glider suit attached, and hope to glide right into the cave doing a death run…. Unless you want to attempt to survive the glide down in which case you could add a cosmo to that last option and try to Spiderman your way out. Hope this helps, let me know how ya make out! I was surprised it fit as well, I know the giga won’t fit but it seems carchar is alright… it won’t get through the barrier at the base of the volcano though so has to be cryo’d at that point… as for spinos unfortunately I’m not sure about those, never tried em myself.

If it’s just pulling to the right side you may be experiencing a bit of stick drift, try bringing your deadzone settings up a bit and it may sort itself out… hope this helps!

It does affect you as well, I would suggest bringing at least 100-200 medbrews with ya… that should be plenty but luck plays a bit of a roll there as well, I’ve had some fights where I’ve barely used any medbrews, and then others I’ve used practically all of em lol any other questions feel free to ask!

The key for me was trying to avoid using the rudder as much as possible, and it may also help if you adjust your non-linearity and deadzone settings a bit as well, as it may make the controls a bit less sensitive. Hope this helps!

Hmmmm maybe if you had the maximum amount of players all with max crossbows but I think that would be pretty challenging… even with the shotguns it takes a ton of rounds, and I just don’t think you would have the time to pull it off… MAYBE max compound bows could do enough damage in time but it would be challenging to hit the dragon while it’s flying, the shotguns would still be your best bet… hope this helps! You should have no problem in the arena itself, I think the only issue you may run into would just be getting down the volcano itself in time… but if you were able to do it on ASE I don’t see it being a problem lol I wish you luck! Let me know how you make out, I’m kinda curious myself lol

I have not attempted this personally, and searching online quickly it does not look like there is a command for these specifically. You can try the standard GiveAllExplorerNotes command, and that MIGHT work but no guarantees of course. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!

Ya our first attempt didn't go well either, took a few rexes and it didn't land for us much either lol As for stats I can't speak to all of our stats, but the wyvern I rode was levelled to 14.9k hp, 1258 stam and 374 melee, and I had no imprints on it as it was originally raised for breeding. I went a bit heavy on the HP and probably didnt need that much... main issues for the health was the rock ele's, they messed up quite a few of the wyverns... I will try to find where we stashed the wyverns that were used in the fight and get ya some more of the stats that we used but no promises, I will have to ask my tribemates. Good luck with your fight though!

That may work out, since the rexes could deal with the ground dinos that spawn, I would suggest setting tame groups for the wyverns and rexes, with one player conrolling the rexes and one controlling the wyverns specifically, making sure they are focused on the manticore so they don't get distracted by the golems and death worms.

It is definitely a tedious process for sure, especially at official rates lol there was mutagen that was available on Gen 2 for Survival Evolved, which would enhance a random stat if I recall correctly and I think it could only be used once per Dino? Don’t quote me on that though, as I never really used it myself. Unfortunately though that won’t be in Ascended for quite some time, with the way Wildcard has been rolling out maps we probably won’t see Gen 2 being added until late 25, or even some time into 2026 lol

We did all stegos, rexes might work but they take a lot more damage… if you are gonna bring some support tames I would suggest theri’s, as they have a reduced damage buff due to being herbivores and you can use veggie cakes in them to heal em up as you go. We plan on running dragon this week with all theri’s, I’ll post a video once we do! Any other questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer!

Sorry for the late reply, I'm just seeing your other messages now, the gear seems good for sure I think you will be ok in that respect, but keep in mind though you won't be able to take the carchas into the overseer arena, they will only be able to be used to traverse down the volcano itself. Stegos are a good mount for the overseer due to the veggie cakes, the ability to shoot from their backs and the fact that they are immune to the knockoff from the overseer's lasers.

As far as I know you only need the 10 main notes to get the 5 levels so you should be good to go! The overseer epilogue may be tied to something else though, I’ll see if I can find out more about it!

We had 9 players, 10 tames total. 1 Carchar, 3 Rexes and 6 Stegos. The player on the Carchar cryo'd it at the base of the volcano and jumped on the extra stego to complete the fight. Any other questions feel free to ask!

That is super disappointing to hear! I'll admit I haven't loaded up this game in a while but I was hoping it had been fixed by now, thanks for the update!

I'll be completely honest with you, I have never tried that many before so I cannot give you a precise answer, but I know that fitting that many on the teleporter will definitely be a challenge. I tried going in with a bunch of rexes (not exact on the number as I was with allies but it had to be at or north of 20) on ASE and it was almost impossible to fit em all on the teleporter, if you walk em all on and park em indivually it may be possible though... especially since you will be using theris... the biggest problem however is just getting them through the doorway at the top of the cave... you have only 5 minutes to get everything in. On our first attempt at alpha on the island with ASA we planned on bringing close to 20 tames altogether, but everything wanted to bunch up and not move which caused a major traffic jam causing us to leave almost half of our tames outside the cave by the time the door shut. It was a logistical nightmare lol One other thing to note is that the carchars will not make it all the way to the teleporter, as they will not be able to pass the tek barrier at the base of the cave. The other challenge you will run into with that many theris is getting them down the twisting cave, the new follow mechanics are kinda sporatic, and I would guess you would lose at least 25% of your tames from falling off the path and into the lava. You would have to walk em in small groups and keep going back for the others which could eat up valuable time. The bonus to using stegos in this fight with shotguns is they are not affected by the overseer's laser blasts, so you won't get knocked off, and you can use the veggie cakes to keep their health up. From what i understand, you can teleport to overseer multiple times at end of tek cave. Just have to be sure to have level100 plus person behind to TP second batch. Not sure tho

@@hokutomaster89yeah this is correct each person can send the teleporter so if there’s 6 of you all 6 can click the teleport button but I do think there’s a 20 limit inside the overseer

Sounds like you are doing things right, just haven’t had luck with the stacking as of yet… keep doing what you are doing keeping an eye out for the 639, sometimes it can happen quick, other times you may go through dozens if not hundreds of eggs to get there. Any other questions feel free to ask!
