Great vid. I use the evo bats spears version because the spears do great chip damage for only 2 elixir and bats are good vs cannoneer. The drags are nice though, a bit more sturdy air defense and a good support troop. I also like the extra bait cards having good synergy with the SK. As for the meta, I think the evo pekka is too strong. It's almost in every deck at the moment, which really indicates that it's too powerful. Evo MK is not as bad but I still think it shouldn't knock back heavy units. I might try to break my PB (top 8k) but facing pekka almost every game is boring.

what I find is no matter what deck I use I get bizarre hard counters that I have no idea what to do with and since there is no rematch I can't really learn anything and then I feel like breaking my phone so I stop playing

I watched this video 2 times nice video bro evo bekka makes me feel like I’m in hell literally and the match making gave me full hard counters this is so sad

I do have to say right now in midladder (5000-6000 trophies for me) theres a lot of pekka evo megaknight wiz spam going on and its kind of a pain to deal with and it gets me sometimes. very frustrating meta to play against at this skill range right now

1:12 TBH I don’t think it’s OP, but I do agree. I, as a Evo P.E.K.K.A. user myself, really wish I could face more mortar players(as well as Marcher Gob Drill and Royal Hogs)instead of the typical random Evo P.E.K.K.A. deck someone decided to slap it on for no good reason. It’s not the best evolution, but it’s my personal favourite one. Maybe once the new Evo(or that Goblin Champion) comes out, people will gravitate more towards that and give my gal P.E.K.K.A. some rest, then people will see it for what it is.

I stopped using lil P because of Bowler, E drag and Firecracker. Musketeer slams them plus can be stacked.

Yo Benny I reached UC for the very first time with a 1832 rating. The deck I used was Classic mortar bait (one with spear gobs and musketeer) with poison and canonneer. I even joined your clan for a day or 2 but you were busy but my actual clan started falling apart thinking I left clan because I'm too good for them and had to return back ASAP to salvage the clan. 😢. Thanks for all the tips and tricks. Finally my CR journey is complete to an extent.

Well played as usual, especially in that last match. I started main-decking this, and I’m getting better, but one thing I noticed here is that I panic way too much in double elixir. Your play is patient, and that’s what I need to focus on for sure!

hey benny, I think I have made a really underrated deck, do you remember that old meta of mortar lightning? like in 2018? I made a kind of modern version of that with hog rider and it got me to UC with my last PR being just Champion :D , the exact deck im running is: Evo Mortar, Evo Knight, Guards, Ice Spirit, LP, Lighting, Log, and Hog rider, Sometimes I play it without hog and instead I use a cycle card, depending on how im feeling :D
