It's called The Remuneration Flexible Benefit that allows employees to claim reimbursement for medical, phone, and transportation bills or leave travel allowance throughout the year with some limit. If you don't claim it, it'll be added with your monthly salary.

Hi Aditya! Placement in the EIE batch is pretty good.
I read on internet that the EIE branch is more inclined toward theory than practical is it true at vit too ?
I mean it has a lot of theory. But it depends on the subjects you choose too, so that you have a lot of labs to work with. In general everything is balanced, but there is a bit more theory than labs.

Yes you can submit a referral from the industry. About the University supporting letter basically means that the university is allowed you as a student to do an internship for the given duration at NTU, just like a bonafide certificate.

I am also having the same question which is running in my mind for a very long time bro.
It doesn't matter which college you study from in this scenario, build on your projects, research profile and so projects. That'll build your overall resume for jobs and for higher degrees.

I would prefer EIE as it's a specialized course that has multiple sub domains like biomedical instrumentation, robotics, ML and many more. Only electrical engineering focuses on core electricals like transformers which is confined to one area. If your interests are inclined towards only electrical and high voltage domains, then go with electrical engineering or else if you want to explore other specialized domains go with EIE.

No. Wishlist is just for VIT to know the number of students willing to take up each course. It's up to you to choose any course during actual FFCS.
Hi, while filling the research project titles, I have seen some extra projects in dropdown which are not mentioned on Research projects page.
