Japanese GAME SHOW (circa - early 1990s)
Back in the early 90's I used to Videotape(yes VCR) a Japanese tv show that I was crazy about called (YKM). That show was on the UHF channels(we didnt have cable TV growing up). Sometimes the show would end early and the Network would air these short segments.
This time , It was a game show where contestants would watch a video and for like *1* frame out of the video would flash a subliminal picture which the contestants had to see about guessing... but there are hints...*giggle*
Any way what struck me most about this game show was this older gentleman who was TOTALLY AWESOME at those trick shots!

Annoying, Noisy Upstairs neighbor

I am very patient.. VERY patient. It takes a hell of a lot to piss me off, but the guy who lives upstairs in the apartment above me is really going to make me do something I never thought I would ever do... FIRST: Ill just say that Every day he plays his music loud, enough for me to hear the lyrics and enough for me to ID what song it is. What makes it so horrible is that with the bass up I can...

Jerome Louis "J.J." Jackson, is a soul/R&B singer, songwriter. He is best known for his hit in 1966 "But Its all right" When he recorded this he was in the UK at the time and had gathered up some of UKs finest musicians including Terry Smith on guitar, Dick Morrissey on tenor sax and John Marshall on drums, and who would later make up his backing band for the following two albums. TAKE 6 LIVE ON THE TODAY SHOW - Circa 1994-5
มุมมอง 4.9K15 ปีที่แล้ว
I taped this around 1994-5 when Take 6's "Join the Band" CD came out. Take 6 made their TV DEBUT on the TODAY SHOW which Katie Couric hosted. Now Take 6 came back on in the mid 90's featuring their new CD "Join the Band" (Which was new at the time) As much as I *hate* to admit this, as much as I am crazy about Take 6; but this wasnt their best performance IMHO

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
To me Eddie Murphy, Wesley Snipes and this Arsenio Hall guy all look like brothers LOL.
Back when baggy suits were still a thing.
Before he became the Daywalker
It's pretty obvious that Snipes didn't like this movie or its script. This is a very lackluster interview about his upcoming film and this is a "contractual obligation" for promoting the film.
I Remember When I 1st Watched This Movie As a Kid. Wasn’t Sure If Wesley Was Performing Those Martial Arts For Teal. When I Found Out He REALLY Knew Martial Arts I Was Thoroughly Impressed! His 1st Movie Role Showing Off His Skills!
Ninooo
Why does it feel like I'm looking into a mirror or something?
Wesley Snipes...a skilled martial artist..holds black belts in shotokan karate and hapkido...also a practitioner of kungfu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, capoeira, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and various weaponry
Wesley Snipes walks like a martial arts master
Wesley Snipes is one of my favorite actors and this is the era I like him from, and this was back in 1992 when he came out with the movie Passenger 57. And that's one of my favorite movies with him. The movie Demolition Man that Wesley mentions and talks about is what I don't like, because that movie shows him playing a bad guy and I don't like to see or watch movies with Wesley playing a bad guy. As a personal preference, I like to see Wesley Snipes play a good guy in movies, and that he does in the movie Passenger 57. This is also the Wesley Snipes that I like and him looking his best and I have to say that he was better looking around this time and era, and as a guest on this guest on this Arsenio Hall show Wesley does of course look his best.
He’s the reason Halle berrys deaf in one ear, he’s a woman beater and that’s why he’s no where now.
Got that Nino flow
Founded in pretty song of the 1990s?
South Bronx and Cleveland. These two talented men came up strong!
Enjoyed watching and listening
Wesley short af lol
0:35 - Dang!!! What a DEAD crowd. Thought i would hear some cheers when Arsenio named some of his movies.
New Jack City, White Men can't Jump,Blade,Passenger 57,Too Wong Foo,Hard Luck,Brooklyn's Finest,Demolition Man, Undisputed,The Art of War 1&2, Future Sport.. just to name a few PROVES WESLEY SNIPES is one if not THE BEST BLACK actors to ever Grace the Big Screen!! I proved my case now prove me WRONG!! 🍸😎🖕...
Saw Passenger 57 again about 8 months ago and it still holds up. 90's was the ish!
What did Arsenio think of Wesley being in prison around 2011 for tax related reasons?
Wow! I know this is 92’ but Wesley looks very young.
He was 30 years old in this clip. His clean shave made him look younger
Wesley Snipes is a legend so underrated! He was one the most exhilarating and dynamic actors of the 1990s!!! Side bar: Wesley's demeanor/persona was annoying Arsenio in this clip it appears. And they were clashing a bit. Wesley was in his bag. Arsenio was one of the top late night show hosts(and first and only black one at the time). Both men were at the height of thier careers. Lil' ego/persona clash was taking place. Special moments!
27 kicks in a row and see what the talent is all about
Snipes was one of my favorite actor's the way i see it. He Denzel and Eddie Murphy.
What's the name of the song the band playing?
SOUTH BRONX, SOUTH BRONX! KRS1
I was introduced to them when I was really little & they were the Pentatonix of our time.
Wesley Snipes is my favorite actor.
Weird seeing him so small here
Love it
Definitely Wesley Snipes is One of my Favorite Actor's of all Time. Extremely Talented 💪
Ew
The lead singer is Brian McKnight's brother Claude
3:30 he’s talking about Sugar Hill and Demolition Man
Awesome
Wesley is AWESOME. Great Actor and Great action star.
Man these guys are legendary.
Sooooo many good Wesley movies..
Hes lookin good here!!
2 Greats! Arsenio Hall and Wesley Snipes legendary.
Wesley Snipes is a humble person
See living in the community does effect the roles you play walking thru Brooklyn was real asf back then
I Love Passenger 57 One of my All Time Greatest Movies especially Drop Zone,White Man Can't Jump, Money Train.
HI Snipes, Hi Hall!!!!!!!! Hi Snipes, are you still profiting from your movies and going to parties????????????Thank you very much War Lords!!!!!!!!
Wesley was the man in his prime
Wesley is so underated new jack city my favorite performance of his and low-key this audience sucks ass
My upstairs neighbors are THE WORStT! I knew they'd be awful from Day One-they moved in at 2 am... They also have rambunctious school aged kids and an energetic puppy. They are loud all hours of the day and throughout the night. I don't know what their names are, but I call them The Leadfoot Family. They constantly run back and forth like an angry stampede of a herd of elephants wearing steel toed boots and then allow their dog to roll around in roller skates across the hardwood and ceramic tile floors... They are constantly dropping heavy objects too, without a care in the world. They need to go.
