I also finished it on 31.11. I spent it in complete delight and tears. I didn't go online for a month so as not to spoil my impressions and my nerves. After the ending and all these emotions, this is definitely happiness and a new favorite game for BioWare. But now, seeing crowds of haters and terrible bullying. Again this nightmare that was with my beloved Andromeda. I'm so glad that there are people who liked Veilguard and a huge thank you to the author for the video. You give hope that not all people in this world have gone crazy. And thanks to BioWare, I love you so much and it always hurts from the hatred of other "fans".

I gotta wonder if they're going to recast him or if they'll just explain him away. I hope they don't kill him off even though I'll miss him if he doesn't appear in part 3

the only problem with her romance is that she's got such low screentime compared to literally everyone else (other than Jack lol). I want to be able to be with the chick I like and take her on missions, but NOOOO, in ME2 she's entirely absent, in ME3 she's missing the whole of the first half. Always puts me off when considering a new run.

Ashley is the only crew member who's openly hostile towards aliens, and I think that's a big turn off for a lot of players. With Tali, Garrus, and Liara being the series favorites, it's not a surprise that the human who begins the franchise distrusting them gets labeled as a bad character. But she has a _very_ valid reason for being distrustful. She comes from a family where the military is everything. To Ash, honor is important and to live with dishonor is worse than death. The First Contact War and her father surrendering to the turians blacklisted her family name. She's been denied and rejected and ridiculed her whole career based on that one incident. So she sees all aliens as untrustworthy because of that one incident's affect on her life. She's always had to prove she was worth respecting because of something that, in her mind, the turians are responsible for. She knows the Council will look out for their people first because it's what humans would do. She knows humanity must prove it can stand on its own if it ever hopes to be respected. But she does grow to trust Garrus and Liara with her life, and actually becomes quite good friends with Tali. It's their species as a whole and more specifically their government she has a problem with.

I literally cried the second I heard Lance died he was such a legend one of the best and we’ll all miss him so much besides I wanted to work with him before he died but that obviously isn’t happening and we won’t see Sylens ever again unless somebody takes over for him we’ll see Lance we love you so much and we’ll always be thinking about you everyday

Ryder is no Shepard Cora is no Ashley Liam is no Kaidan Vetra is no Garrus Drack is no Wrex Peebee is no Liara Jaal is no Tali Archon is no Saren Alec is no Anderson SAM is no EDI Kallo is no Joker The Remnant are no Geth And the Kett are no Reapers But I think that was kind of Andromeda's point. No, it's not like the trilogy that so many of us fell in love with. It's the same but new. Yes, it undoubtedly has issues. Yes, its story was kind of weak. But given more love and care, given more time to explore this part of the universe, we could've learned to love it. Ryder is funnier than Shepard ever was. They were sweeter because they didn't suffer the way Shepard did. The weight of the world didn't press on their shoulders the way it did Shepard's. Andromeda had potential, it was abandoned because of the poor reception. It's unfortunate. Andromeda's legacy is, ultimately, a story of wasted potential.
