Thank you for taking time to explain this conditions 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Thanks Doctor for your video. If your clinical scenario isn't particularly acute, how will you approach it. Do you still need to follow the ABCDE approach?
Hi, that's a good question! If it's clearly a clinic setting and the patient is not acutely unwell (e.g. they're just asking how you'd manage some abnormal LFTs in clinic) then I personally don't think going through an A to E would be appropriate. I think it would make more sense to get into character as an IMT in clinic and explain that you would take a history, examine the patient and then arrange investigations (bedside, bloods and imaging). I would also recommend mentioning how you would follow-up the patient.
Nice and concise 👌🏼
This explanation makes it easy to be able to then approach sarcoidosis with an approach that makes it understandable 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Thank you again
You’ve just explained a complex topic so easy. Thank you thank you and thank you 🙏🏾. God bless you ❤❤❤❤❤❤
You might have a small amount of views, but just know that the ones that are lucky enough to stu;ble upon your videos (i.e. ME) are very lucky. Thank you for the help my friend
@@KekeDeroz thank you for your kind words!
Perfect explanation!
simple and straight up to point😂🎉 You so good
the guidelines have been updated could you please make an updated video :) thank you!
Excellent
Thanks a lot
schizophrenia is devil possession. this is the history of it. This is why there are churches everywhere and movies about exorcism. Basically, unclean spirits, (spiritsdare basically souls without a body but they're not human spirits. they are devils that were kicked out of heaven by God) So what happens is they find people to live in and possess and they put paranoid thoughts and visions in their head and they start talking to them inside their head and messing with their environment. They get people to do and say certain things to drive the person crazy etc. they'll even appear before them as anything really. they can change what they choose to appear to someone as. the only real way to help the person is to pray for them in Jesus name and have them call on God and be baptized. God will answer with a sign or wonder and acknowledge you if you call on Him. He wants a relationship!
Very clear, thank you
❤❤❤❤❤
great video !
In simple language, Rigidity - increased tone or tightness in both groups of muscles (antagonist and agonist) Spasticity - Increased tone in one group of muscle group.
Amazing explanation!
Thank you so much, an amazing video.
great video, thank you :D
00:44 makes no sense, from left to right and upwards deflection in v1
Wow, how you present is really, really awesome.
Great video, thank you so much. In your experience, do you think we can pass just by knowing the differentials, investigation and management? I was originally planning on going through cases for paces to learn about random facts they could ask you, but can I pass even if they do happen to ask me specific questions that I don't know the answer to? Similarly, do you think your brainscape deck covers enough content to comfortably pass?
Hi, glad it was helpful! The examiners do technically have free reign to ask whatever they want, however, in general, questions about investigations/management are the bread and butter topics that they are most likely to begin with. On that basis, I think it's very important to make sure you are happy with the basics before trying to learn particularly esoteric content. I made the brainscape deck as I was going through Pastest videos - I included facts that I wanted to commit to memory that didn't feel completely settled in my brain. I left out a lot of the basic content that I was confident on so there will be several topics that are under-represented in the deck. It was purely made as a revision aid and was not designed systematically based on a curriculum.
@@MakeaMedic Thank you so much for your response and explanation. I've been using your deck and it's incredible. It's made exactly how I would have made it after watching the videos too. After each Pastest video I'd think I'd want to make a card out of that, and then check your deck to find that you've already done so. Legendary stuff mate, saves me so much time. I've converted the deck to Anki as that's what I personally prefer, but thank you so much for making this deck public!
Thank you so much
You always been very open and very helpful. Thank you and thank you for sharing your thoughts 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

A really excellent video, very clear and concise, (liked and sub'ed) so thank you! I'm aiming to sit PACES myself next year (2025). I would appreciate your advice as I am currently working in primary care; my role does involve me seeing and examining patients daily, who can have signs (depending upon the condition in question). However, with me not working in secondary care, do you think that joining a hospital PACES group is pretty essential in my circumstances? Or could this be done in primary care? I would appreciate your thoughts here. Thanks again
Hi, I'm glad you found the video helpful! I'd say it is more difficult to find signs working in Primary care as you wont have much control over who falls on your clinic list. I do think joining a PACES group at your local hospital would be a good idea - I don't know the best way of doing this but I imagine you will need to go via medical staffing/human resources and ensure you are granted the necessary permissions to see patients at the hospital. The PACES courses are also a good way of seeing a lot of patients with clinical signs.
This is the best explanation ive heard. Clear and straight to the point.
How much time u needed to take preparation for only paces?
@@apurbadas-ie1zf hi, I’d recommend minimum 2 months, ideally 3-4
