There are 2 other main entrance routes into CM that would be easier. This route is fine if used by a competent driver.....not all visitors are used to the roads though.

Thanks very much. The little locator was indeed snapped and I found a black piece jammed under the gear of the motor. New actuator ordered and boot back to new.

Just spent 8 days at Riverside. It’s a great campsite. The garden of the house on the right as you drive in is amazing. Some good pubs and shops in Crickhowell too.

it fails because the ruber stoper fot the gear breakes and the it try to spin all the way arround breaking the leg of the locking mechanism. what you can do to avoid this problem, is to replace that ruber for a metal stoper and you have your central lock forever

Thank you for this instruction movie. It helpt me with the same problem with the boot lock of my wife’s car, a Renault twingo bld 2006.

Need some help, ive replaced the part in situ and it didnt work the button is now in the unlocked position, also i cant get it to sit correctly its slightly bent is that why? Also, it makes a vibration noise everytime i lock/unlock

I held the button as I locked the car and now it just makes a whirring sound and doesn’t open

Our neighbour had a 1998 Clio which had a leaky sunroof. Our 2001 Clio leaks and this 2005 one leaks. That's 8 years' production, from mk1-mk3 and they still didn't fix it. I don't know when they did sort it -anyobe? Piss-poor.
