*1969 HONDA CB175* First Ride in 30 Years!!!
Taking the CB175 around the block. Carbs still needed tuning and I had no brakes, but I just couldn't wait. The most surprising thing was that the wheels held air! #hondamotorcycles #cb175

Hell yeah❤
Nice!
@@Gmima01 Thanks mate!
I had the same issue and Pioneer had me send my controller to the worst repair shop in the state of Georgia. Had to call the police to get my controller back. He never fixed it and Pioneer never did anything to help me. Should have gotten a Rane Performer.
I'm having this same issue. About to contact Pioneer. Thanks for the video.
my guy do you have a baffle in if so which one?
Yup, I’m running the standard baffle. I was setting off too many car alarms without it 😆
such a good sound
I concur! That’s raw audio also. No eq’ing
Great vid. Really thinking about getting the meter visor for mine.
Much appreciated! I think the oem meter visor is the best looking of the lot. Great add on, I really like how it flows on the bike.
I have a solution comment if you interested
Great sound, edit and motion design, Kelpi should give you something in return :D Which kind of windshield are you using, and do you feel a difference?
Thanks! Kelpi has been great, customer service has been top notch and I’m very happy with their product. I ordered a seat cover from them which should be arriving soon. Windshield is an OEM Yamaha that I got from WeBike Japan. Its marketed as a “Meter Visor” so I didn’t expect it to deflect any wind but I do feel less drag at speeds above 60mph but at 90-100, forget about it, I’m white knucking the whole time lol.
Nice vid, the bike sounds great. What rear view mirrors do you have here?
I’m running the Motogadget Mo.View Spy mirrors. Pricey but I really liked the concept of a frameless “mirror”. Gotta say, they make great products imo.
Going to do a vid of the mods I’ve done pretty soon.
Sickkkk bro!
Thanks my guy! Edit was meh but you get the idea 😆
Same thing happened today. How to fix it? Warranty passed
Unfortunately, I was never able to get the issue resolved. Had it “repaired” once but still had issues. I ended up turning the torque setting to low the problem platter and just live with it.
@@mike_steezy So after Pioneer replaced the part it still wasn't fixed? (mine is at the Pioneer repair centre at the moment so i'm curious)
@@djshineboy That’s correct. I thought it was fixed when they showed me the operation at the repair shop. Turns out they just changed the torque settings to low. So watch out for that. Hopefully your repair shop addresses the real problem.
@@mike_steezy Thank you for your reply. I'll keep you posted.
dammm im team Rane One but was thinking about jumping to the rev 7 because i want info on the platters BUT dam seeing all these issues ima stay with my rane one
I had the same issue - twice. The first time, it happened to my new DDJ-Rev7 out of the box. I sent it back, and they sent me a new one. The new one lasted 3 months before it happened again. I sent the second one in for service, and they told me they would have to replace the entire left platter assembly. The parts are backordered and it may take 6 weeks.
Damn, I had some parts replaced on that platter and the problem persists
@@mike_steezy the third one I have is starting to do the same thing. I'm done with Pioneer DJ / Alpha Theta. Their quality has diminished.
@@DJ-Zerokewl damn that’s ass, this is my 1st Pioneer mixer after spending my whole career with Rane. Should’ve stuck with the tried and true.
I bought my Rev 7 on 01.10.2024. And now I am having the same issue on my right side. I bought mine from Pro Sound and Lighting. I am going to contact my sale rep there. Then I will contact Pioneer after. Thank you for your video.
Need oil that’s the problem you have to take it apart
Damn. I am having the same issue. Just left side. I bought it from sweetwater and i dont know if i can even do anything about it now
Sweetwater usually gives you a 2 year warranty for free when you buy most equipment from them.
HEY DJ WHATS GOING ON IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH MY RIGHT JOGG WHEEL ON MY REV7 DID YOU GET TO FIX YOUR PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM WAS
I had some parts on the platter replaced but it didn’t help. Ended up just turning the torque setting to low on that platter and called it a day.
Hi there, I also have the same problem my right side jog wheel is stuck just like yours kindly advise me on how to fix this issue🙏🏾
Same problem here. Looks like a return/ replacement is the only thing to do.
Had the same problem.
How did you resolve it?
It has something to do with the air in the room. If it is a little bit cold or most, this might happen. Try moving it to a warmer room and let it sit for a while, then take off the platter and spray the white ring with electric lub, contact spray, then give a go. Please let me know if this works for you
\\*UPDATE*// Thanks for the comments everyone, good to know I wasn’t the only one with this issue. So, I contacted Pioneer and they sent me a repair order, I just picked up the Rev from the repair shop, super nice fellow and he replaced the lower/inner platter (white ring w/ the tab that connects the vinyl to the motor) and the lower slip rings. (0:33 in the video) It seemed better when he had me test out at his shop but when I got it home I realized the problem is still there. So at this point I’m going to contact Pioneer again and see what they say. For now I will lower the torque settings on my platters. I just worry the resistance will eventually cause my motors to fail prematurely.
Yes I'm having the same problem identically as you. Except mine is the one on the left that has a lot of resistance. I hope I don't have to get a replacement but it sounds like from you guys that's the only solution.
If you have the ability to do so, that might be your best bet. Repair shop hasn’t been able to resolve the issue for me yet.
Same issue on the right deck but not a bad as yours…
Same issue but on left side. Getting a replacement for it. I rather both platters to feel even in terms of resistance. I cannot backspin at all on the left side because it’s so tight.
I wish Pioneer would’ve done a quality check on something like this before shipping.
Same issue on one I received 2 days ago
The one I bought about 5 weeks ago got this issue, same side, actually. I did not find any solution or configuration. Returned and received a new one. It is working fine.
You’re lucky, I tried to return mines after about 5 weeks of having it also but the store I bought it from said there was only a 15 day return or exchange policy. Guess I should’ve bought the extended warranty 😢
