The more videos of yours i watch, the more I love and apreciate. You are very relatable. I would say your brain is working very well today. I never thought of food as a stim catagory, i can totally see that. Rejection Sensitive Disphoria is something i struggle with as well and is so prevalent with adhd, same with the super noisy brain, overthinking and dwelling on things. For your next go at getting an assesment, be as unmasked as you can and tell them you are not coping before they have a chance to think it. Meds have greatly calmed my overactive dwelling brain. It used to be so exhausting overthinking everything. I am now finding more peace. I wonder if you were talking about PMDD at the end of the video. If so, talk with your doctor, there are things that can help. On the upside UK has Laws that make your chocolate and all your food really have alot less sugar than us across the pond, so thats already a win. I love that you are giving yourself grace, and What you said about being ashamed of something causing you to do more of it, so relateable. Im so happy I have found your videos
