I accidentally became a Magia Record channel, but I don't regret a thing. I'll probably still post stuff from other games every once in a while.
At first, this channel was to be little more than a repository for videos complementing my Steam guides, and a few random gameplay clips I'd cobbled together. It has since become much more than that. The videos uploaded here mostly relate to certain video games I've played, be they guides, parodies, challenge runs, or something more.
I don't, and probably never will have a consistent upload schedule. I just make the videos I like, and if other people enjoy them, that's wonderful. If they don't... that's disappointing, but as they say in John Wick: "Such is life." I know my channel will never make it big, so there's no sense in obsessing over the TH-cam meta. I'll just keep going wherever my heart leads me, and I hope my videos can bring you as much happiness as creating them brings me. Welcome aboard!

Escort Mission: Kuro 「EVILS Ⅲ BOSS RUSH SPECIAL EDITION」
It's the final Evils Ⅲ challenge! Twelve previously unreleased Evils Ⅲ boss fights in a custom format, and the final Evils Ⅲ!
NOTE: It is recommended to watch this in default view or full screen, as theater mode causes discoloration in some areas. Boss strategy will be explained in the pinned comment.
When I did my first Escort Mission: Kuro in January of 2023, I didn't think we would be able to beat a stage Ⅲ Evils. Not only did we end up doing so, but we ended up beating almost every Evils afterwards. Before long, beating just any old Evils wasn't even impressive anymore, and I had to pick and choose which stages to actually release as videos. I did, however, continue recording footage, at least of the boss fights, in hopes of someday making a compilation video out of them. This is that video.
When I first thought of how I would eventually present this video, I took inspiration from the pre-battle dialogue in Doctor Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine/Puyo Puyo. Upon actually reaching this point, however, I decided to take things even further, and incorporated a custom Super Mario World map for the between stage transitions. My artistic abilities are rather weak, but with the original Mario sprites as a guide, I don't think my Kuro sprites came out too badly. I used a special piece of software called Lunar Magic, and it was interesting learning about the SMW engine, and working around its intrinsic limitations. This choice ultimately informed my music selection as well, opting to use only retro themes. I did use two tunes from Mario Sunshine (using that for Swim Nagisa was way too obvious to pass up), but at this point GameCube _is_ basically considered retro. Oh, and the music for MasaKoko was from Mario Party 5. Specifically, the minigame Flower Shower.
The comic in the Magia Report section was composed of a hodgepodge of various panels and screens across Magia Report comics and events, with the text, and occasionally the image edited. I had wanted to do something like this way back in my Mugendai video, but the concept was not fully realized at the time. I had to make minor changes to the script multiple times in response to Exedra news that came out during video production, eventually settling on "They are still on the train to Madodora, and will climb through the memory window into Exedra Repo right after the video ends."
If you're wondering about the Agent Magica clip, it was recorded on my outdated phone. I was probably out of town, and forgot to start recording until after casting skills on the first turn, since I had very little storage and did not want to risk the recording being dropped due to an overflow. I also forgot to disable in-game music, which sounds awful in spliced video, so I muted the clip entirely and manually replaced all of the sound in post. Yes, I'm insane. That is to say, if any of the sounds in the Agent Magica boss are slightly off, you're not going crazy... I am.
As for the Hyakkagome clip, it only shows the final turn of the boss fight because that's all that was there. I do not know what happened to the rest of the footage. I really had to dig to find some of this footage at all, but I wanted to present as much as I could. V. Nagisa's footage was glitchy, but I tried my best to smooth over it with some post-process sleight-of-hand. The only old Evils Ⅲ boss I omitted was the one from the Akuma-chan beach rerun, as it was basically just a less interesting version of the boss from the Mugendai video, and would have disproportionately bloated the runtime.
In addition to Bean Machine, I also took some cues from Tetris Attack/Panel de Pon (if I had a nickel for every Japanese puzzle game redesigned after a mascot franchise for Western audiences, I'd have two nickels). My father received an old Super Nintendo from a coworker when I was a kid, and I always thought the Mt. Wickedness battle theme was really cool, so I was glad to include it here. I was initially unable to think of something for the final battle, but had an epiphany with the champion theme from the gen 1 Pokémon remakes. What better rival to Kuro and Kuro than Kuroe and Iroha? The latter end of their pre-battle dialogue also mirrors that of the champion.
Fear not: though this is the last Evils Ⅲ challenge, it is not the last video. It still remains to be seen if I can release my remaining footage before Exedra, but the delay at least gives me a fighting chance.
As always, thank you so much for watching. Any likes and comments are greatly appreciated.

The final capped character damage cap challenge: Vs. "Kimochi" Eve!
มุมมอง 502หลายเดือนก่อน
The capped light-types are up to bat in the final damage cap challenge! Can the third-lowest base attack in the game hit the fabled 9,999,999? If I had a nickel for every time a form of Eve was passed off as a Kimochi, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. The original Eve is a dark type, so the light girls get their turn. Sadly, we never did get a chan...

Three of the most terrible teams imaginable take on the final Battle Museum! (Definition of 'terrible' may vary.) Since "Dark ver." involved cheesier strategies and more ridiculous themes, you shouldn't be surprised to find that "Void ver." runs even deeper. The last two here are some of the most messed-up Magia Record strategies imaginable. Number 15 was actually a strategy I thought of a long...

Meme and theme teams (of wildly differing efficacy) take on the final Battle Museum! Some notes on each meme: 7. I tried to do something like this during an early Battle Museum and failed. But now, we have the power of cheese on our side? Cheating? Heavens no! If the game didn't want us to bind-lock the boss, they should have made her immune! 8. In my account tour video, I mentioned that entire...

Theme and meme teams (of wildly differing efficacy) take on the final Battle Museum! I was originally planning on releasing a lighthearted Battle Museum video, but after reviewing the footage, I realized that there was no way I could fit it all into a single video of reasonable length. Instead of issuing a simple "Part1/2", I decided to be marginally more creative and go with "Light/Dark/??? ve...
A short account tour at the end of the world

One last look around my account before EoS ends the video. There are so many things I could say about Magia Record that I cannot possibly fit in the 5000 character limit of a TH-cam description. I first found the game in an ad from another gacha, and promptly abandoned that one for this. The idea of a Madoka Magica game was appealing to me, though I had never considered myself any kind of super...
Kuro vs. Building (Real)

Can you beat Factor of Despair challenge quests with Kuro?
มุมมอง 6408 หลายเดือนก่อน
Um... sort of. It's complicated. When I first heard about special challenge stages in Factor of Despair, I knew I had to try them with Kuro. The event memoria give _massive_ bonuses during those stages, in the same way that you can get one for the finale of a boss-type event. However, I've beaten boss events without the special boost on purpose, and it wasn't _that_ hard. Maybe way back in the ...
Factor of Despair event rewards in a nutshell

Oh boy, who wants to watch me claim event rewards for an hour straight? Huh? What do you mean the video's only three minutes long? First event outside New Years that has this reward format... I think. This time, the exchange rate is 1:1, rather than 10:1, so our 4987 starting currency would be the equivalent of almost 50,000 during a New Year event! We actually had 42k during our first New Year...
Can you hit the damage cap with a capped character against VOID?

Another Kimochi Raid so soon? And a Void one at that! Can a capped character hit 9,999,999 damage without an attribute advantage or Attribute Enhancement? Let's find out! How easily can a CAPPED character hit the damage cap?

The Sapphire Kimochi raid returns, and with it an unmatched opportunity in the art of buff stacking. But it's not just the top meta characters getting in on the fun this time. Here's hoping the exedra battles will be just as exciting.
I love how Kuro is just there for moral support lol
*Boss Strategies* While I showed clear times for every remaining Evils, I did not show exact memoria lineups, as many of them were never properly recorded. However, there were a lot of staple memoria I used frequently, such as After the Rain - Mito (a.k.a Mito Rain), MP Up passives (especially those with an attack/damage boost, such as Iroha of the Midsummer Beach, Tonight We Shall Have a Banquet, Deep in Thought, and The Answer that was Reached), provoke memoria on Hotaru and Mabayu (Never-Ending Practice, Prayer Connecting the Dead and the Live, and Equal Destruction to All), damage buffs (such as (EMERGENCY STREAM) 4 Star Will Be Pulled and Whereabouts of the Bubbles), situational debuffs (such as Magical Halloween Theater and MP gain down memoria), and occasionally personal memoria (especially on Shiro and Temari). *MasaKoko* HP: 1M ATK: 16K When I first saw MasaKoko's HP, I had to do a double take. One million? _One_ million?! That's right, MasaKoko has perhaps the lowest HP _ever_ of a solitary Evils Ⅲ boss. She is so fragile she can be one-rounded with neutral hits alone. We didn't even use Sakuya, or Mabayu (who was unavailable during both runs of the event). She has skills that are theoretically threatening, but she'll never live long enough to use them. The base Masara and Kokoro on the previous wave were the real boss. *Dragon Asuka* HP: 1.8M ATK: 14K She has 40% damage cut, so I thought she might survive for more than one turn. How silly of me. *Apartment Trio* HP: 1.5M ATK: 13K Things _really_ start ramping up with 75% damage cut. Unfortunately for them, their HP is a bit low, and they suffer from a fatal malady called "Being a flame-type while Maria exists." *Swim Homu* HP: 1.4M ATK: 13K The last unique Evils, since the original run of her event was before Evils existed. Despite being a light-type, she is no threat, as her HP is low, and she has no damage-boosting skills. She has some HP regeneration, but dies too quickly for it to have an impact. -To think she got bullied by -_-another-_- ghost in the end.- *Valentines Nagisa* HP: 1.5M ATK: 15K Another new Evils on an ancient event's rerun. Though her HP is poor, her 60% light attribute damage cut prevents an easy one-round KO. Two rounds is perfectly doable, but you'd better act fast: unlike the earlier bosses, she poses an actual offensive threat due to her rapid MP generation. Sakuya's superior raw disc damage came through in the end and put a stop to her before she could get started. *Magika Patrol* HP: 1.5M ATK: 13K They have just enough HP as a light type to avoid being easily bursted down in one turn, and we couldn't stick the landing, so it took three. Their offensive power is weak, but they stack a potent 50% attack and defense down for three turns, every other turn. By the end of turn four, you'll have no attack power left at all! -Technically the stat floor is 5%, but who's counting?- *Hyakkagome Bonus Round* HP: 2.3M ATK: 17K The ACTUAL final Evils, even if it _was_ just a rerun. I don't remember exactly how this battle went since most of the footage was lost, but looking her up on the wiki, I can piece it together pretty well. Her terrifying statline is supplemented by a whopping 80% chance to Stun and Curse on hit. Add in Strengthened Poison spam, and you have an absolute monster of a boss. Well, you would, if she weren't afflicted with the debilitating condition known as "Being a forest type before Leila's uncap." Yeah, this footage is from the original run. Leila's 2.85 million damage finisher speaks for itself. *Agent Magica* Chisato HP: 1M ATK: 15K Takina HP: 0.95M ATK: 12K This fight looks challenging on paper. Chisato has massive attack and defense buffs while at full health, 100% evade, and strengthened counter, while Takina has an extremely high critical hit rate, stacking self buffs, heals _half_ of the team's HP every three turns, and starts with a 300K HP barrier. The synergy between Takina's heals and Chisato's full HP buffs is obvious, so we need to take out Takina as quickly as possible, and at least deal chip damage to Chisato on the first turn. Despite her barrier, it was surprisingly realistic to knock Takina down turn 1, while throwing in a Hotaru Magia to also knock Chisato below max health. After that, the fight was child's play. Kako Kako knockoff HP: 1M ATK: 17K Not Kako HP: 0.85M ATK: 17K Kako HP: 0.7M ATK: 14K This fight is arguably harder than swim Nagisa, but was kept here for thematic reasons. Executing the strategy itself isn't that difficult, but survival depends heavily on proper setup. Enter the fight without sufficient preparations, and victory is impossible. Heruka casts her Magia every other turn while stacking attack buffs on her team, and defense debuffs on ours. Kushu also casts her Magia every other turn while dealing _massive_ MP damage to our team at regular intervals. Both of them _need_ to go on the first turn, which means you'll need Leila and Shiro's Magias ready, along with several specific active memoria. On her own, Kako is still a non-negligible threat, as she removes ailments and debuffs _every_ turn, making Mito Rain useless. With a Guardian memo on Hotaru, and Kako only possessing single-target attacks, survival is likely, but not guaranteed. You need to charge up Leila's Magia again as quickly as possible, as it only takes two hits from Kako to take Kuro out. For this reason, you want Leila to have the full 150 MP coming in. This fight was quite interesting for me, as regardless of who would ultimately win, the outcome was decided the moment you entered the boss wave. It really shows the extent of what setting up properly can do in the right circumstances. *Nagisa's Revenge* HP: 1.9M ATK: 17K Arguably easier than Kako. I am aware that "soda" may be incorrect word choice for Nagisa, but this did not occur to me until late in production, and I thought it sounded better in context than the alternatives. She gains 1/3 of her MP from Endor Adept every time she gets hit by a normal attack, so it is important to use Magias and MP down memoria to prevent her from casting too often. Unfortunately, she fully charges her Magia on the first turn, and starts with three turns of 80% Magia damage cut, so there is little value in trying to set up and nuke her. With 60% light damage cut, this fight is bound to take some time, so it is important to carefully pace yourself and wear her down while manipulating her MP gain as best you can. Mabayu was not yet released, so it was not possible to use MP damage. Her Magia buffs her own attack and removes our buffs, but the attack buff is a measly 10%, and HP and MP regen are granted effects, unaffected by buff removal, so this is actually not a serious problem if she only casts occasionally. You do still need to double debuff on Magia turns, though, so running out of debuffs is the real lose condition. The fight isn't exceedingly hard, but nonetheless requires a steady hand, and careful pacing to prevent yourself from being overwhelmed. She is also... vulnerable to bind... for some reason? Doesn't really affect the strategy in our case, especially since she starts with multiple ailment shields, but I thought it was funny. *Super Sena* HP: 1.7M ATK: 15K Talk about a glow-up! After thoroughly trouncing the feeble Mikoto of Sayonara Storage, she has come back with a vengeance! Her stats may superficially seem unimpressive, but Void types often have lower stats to compensate for not being vulnerable to supereffective hits, and this average statline is hiding her dark secrets. Weapon #1: She has an 80% chance to strengthened counter, greatly increasing our rate of incoming damage. Weapon #2: She buffs her own attack by 30% and debuffs our defense every other turn. The attack buffs last three turns, so by turn four she'll still come out 10% ahead after being hit by Mito Rain. Weapon #3: She has guaranteed anti-provoke. This means we can only use attack debuffs to control her offense, which we certainly don't have enough of to do for long. Making matters worse is that she starts with three stacks of debuff reflection, forcing us to waste debuffs up front and further draining the sand from our hourglass. Normally, at worst, I only have to worry about Kuro dying during a tough fight. If there are _multiple_ other party members on death's doorstep, you know things are serious. In a sea of relatively easy victories, the simple brutality of Uwasa Mikoto was a breath of fresh air. There's no special setup you can do to trivialize this, as she has way too much HP to burst down for a Void type, so you've no choice but to face the DPS race head-on. Meguru and Mabayu's team attack buffs on Magia are vital to outpacing her, and the margins are tight even if you do everything right. Truly one of the Evils of all time. *IroKuroe* HP: 1.5M ATK: 13K Not actually the final Evils. Not even the final _unique_ Evils, but the Evils Ⅲ of the final unique tower event. And of the final Evils this video, of course! Arguably easier than Uwasa Mikoto, but perhaps equal in practice because we had terrible RNG. I am actually grateful for that, as it made the fight much more interesting. Her offense seems weak on paper, and it somewhat is, but she has 40% Blast up. The real problems are her 75% damage cut and HP regeneration, making the fight take forever. It would be easy enough to beat her through attrition with a sufficiently aggressive lineup, but she casts Dazzle on the team to block healing, making the threat of attrition much more serious. This also boosts incoming supereffective damage... to Kuro... It's like this boss personally called us out and focused everything on trying to kill Kuro, specifically. If there was something they thought we had to prove, I think we did it. *Concluded in the reply ->*
*-> continued from above* One thing I forgot to mention is why certain clips are at only 2x battle speed. This is because those were the first clear of the Evils stage, during which 3x speed is not unlocked. After my earliest Kuro challenges, I started clearing Evils exclusively with Kuro and co. so I could post the scorecards. However, this meant completing the Evils Ⅲ _twice_ , once to unlock 3x speed, and again to actually record the video. Later on, I went back to clearing it with my MVP team first so Kuro could run it on 3x from the start (though I still did Evils Ⅰ and Ⅱ exclusively with Kuro). Since the MVP team obviously cleared it faster, I had to recreate the stage Ⅲ score using an image editor. It would be trivial to create fake scores using this method, which is why I never mentioned it until now, but since all of the video clips have now been posted (except for Akuma beach), there should be no doubts as to their authenticity. Having spoken on every Evils we cleared, I feel I would be remiss not to mention those not featured, and offer an explanation. In chronological order: *Mirage of Alexandria* Hot off the heels of our first successful Evils Ⅲ run, we were not fully prepared for this Evils. We could have beaten it, but I had taken too long to start the event, and by the time we got there it was already nearly midnight on the final day of the event, so I opted to clear it with my MVP team instead to ensure it could be completed on time. *Akuma-chan Beach* I actually did complete and record this, but opted not to release it in favor of the Evils immediately following it (Infinity-chan), which was essentially just a harder and more interesting version of the Evils from this event. I opted again to not release it here because it was simply too long for how uninteresting it was, and would have disrupted the flow of the video. *MasaKoko original run* I, for whatever reason, failed to record the original run of this event. I had really wanted to upload a clip of MasaKoko going down to a single round of neutral hits, perhaps as a short, but now I've released it here. I wanted to play wedding music for the (very short) battle, and was reminded of the opening to the Flower Shower minigame from Mario Party 5. In the rerun, our Evils Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ clear times improved by 3, 1, and 3 turns, respectively. *Pax Romana's Sweetheart* The first wave of this Evils was so ruthlessly unfair that it makes the enemy in my wave 1 Yuna video look tame by comparison. Sakurako with 50% attack up, and guaranteed crit and defense pierce, every three turns. It takes _three_ Mito Rains to restrain her, which is completely unsustainable, and she has 750K HP, too much to take her down in time. Adding insult to injury, she is flanked by Touka and Nemu who are up to their usual shenanigans, and they might attack on the turn she would normally use her buffs, causing her to delay them by one turn. If that happens and you waste your debuffs, you die. If you miss an accele combo, you die. If you provoke and Nemu casts remove granted effects, you die. If a pig fails to take flight, you die. Even if we managed to force our way through that nightmarish RNG-fest, the boss is also a nightmare with brutal ailment and Magia spam, and high HP. I was looking forward to devising a strategy to beat her, but the first wave messed me up so bad I lost the will to go on. *Mitsuru Babysitting* The Yuna boss puts up a 300K HP barrier _every_ turn, and has critical health buffs. Not bad enough? Well, she generates 30% MP every turn, and has a Magia damage multiplier of 5000%, almost twice as strong as the strongest Doppels. She will disintegrate your party members one by one, and there's nothing you can do about it. And that's saying nothing of the Mitsuru flanking her who spams potent debuffs. If Ria were still capped, we could have done it, but without strong dark-type damage, it's simply not mathematically possible. There were some other Evils I would have liked to try, such as the one from Tart 5 (there were a _lot_ of Tart events...), but unfortunately we had only just beaten our first Evils Ⅰ when when it came around, and were woefully unprepared for a higher-difficulty Evils Ⅲ. Among those Evils that we _did_ clear: Hardest Evils Ⅲ boss: Viking Twins (Valkyrie of Vik) th-cam.com/video/D0dJl1EUlnU/w-d-xo.html Easiest Evils Ⅲ boss: Tossup between Mikoto from Sayonara Storage and MasaKoko Hardest Evils Ⅲ: Difficult to say, as many had a first wave that was an unfair RNG-fest when using weaker characters. The hardest _fair_ Evils Ⅲ was probably Valkyrie of Vik. Easiest Evils Ⅲ: Sayonara Storage th-cam.com/video/IE5z8R0Nt8M/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/-H2tvI8e4s4/w-d-xo.html Longest Evils Ⅲ: Valentines Sudachi (Our very first Evils Ⅲ! 48 turns) th-cam.com/video/gObrmwdSyVw/w-d-xo.html (Second longest was the Toyo event at 45 turns th-cam.com/video/PEvDDLR8XcQ/w-d-xo.html) Shortest Evils Ⅲ: Sayonara Storage (14 turns) Hardest Evils Ⅱ: Hyakkagome Event (It took 40 turns!) Easiest Evils Ⅱ: Probably the one from Sayonara Storage Longest Evils Ⅱ: Hyakkagome Event (40 turns) Shortest Evils Ⅱ: Sayonara Storage (11 turns) Hardest Evils Ⅰ: Difficult to say since I don't remember most of them, but the MasaKoko event's first wave features a Hanna who casts 100% bind on the whole party _every_ turn, so that's pretty messed up. Longest Evils Ⅰ: Pax Romana's Sweetheart (26 turns) Shortest Evils Ⅰ: Apartment Trio Sequel (9 turns) th-cam.com/users/shortsEVvzMXc6LgY Misc note: Mabayu was available as a capped character from 10/03/23 to 02/26/24. This allowed her to participate in a mere 5 Evils: Brethren Come Back To Life On Halloween, Sayonara Storage (rerun), Memory Drops, Happy New Year! Dragon Rush!, and From There To You ~ Twilight of Kamihama Daito Apartment ~. Three of these are featured in this video, and the other two are in previous videos. I really liked her and it was a shame she graduated from the team so soon, but of course having more uncapped characters is a good thing outside of that context, and her uncapped from was vital to my victory over Despair Isabel. I'll always remember her as one of the greats. Perhaps again someday... in Exedra.
This video idea is so cool! Good Video! I thought from the begin that the water team was the strongest. I miss my Kanoko....
Kanoko was one of my favorite capped characters, but was uncapped too soon to take part in any Kuro challenges. I _did_ use her in a bind-spam Evils meme team once upon a time, a precursor to capped character runs, and after her uncap, she soloed an EX Paradox boss. Yaaas queen, slay! www.reddit.com/r/magiarecord/comments/t8a7sk/solo_kanoko_vs_exrebecca/ Here's hoping she makes it to Exedra!
1:00 WHY IS IROHA ACTUALLY CUTE HERE
Did you record this before the game closed the servers ?
Yes. This was the last gameplay event before the servers shut down, though I do still have some footage from older events that I've been compiling and plan to release as a special feature.
I love to watch your videos! The and wasvery funny xD, Rip Magia Record
When I watched that one scene in side story my face was in shock and I was honestly scared ngl💀😭
48 turns with Mitsuru:
Kuro: "My Magia deals the least damage!" Seira: "No, mine does!" Mitsuru: "Amateurs." Actually, Sudachi has the weakest Magia damage per tile, but Mitsuru is second without Attribute Enhancement. Sudachi's Magia buffs attack though, so there's a chance she might have higher DPS overall, at least on neutral hits.
I miss my girls so much🥺
With Ashley confirmed for Exedra this early, I think there's a good chance a lot of Magia Record characters, even those not important to main story, could eventually make it in. We'll meet again... someday...
HAHA IM FIRST COMMENT
Its sad to know that magicak girls turn into witches - and at first i was like, oh its not that bad!. But now that im thinking about it, its really depressing because magical girls and just killing each other over and ovrr again to the point those magical girls that were killing the witches will eventually turn into witches.
6:53 WHY IS HER DOPPLE JUST HER BEING TRAPPED IN HER SOUL GEM😭💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀😍
"Let me -iiiiin- oooout! Let me -iiiiinnn- OOOUUUTT!!"
Is it just me or does anyone else think Devil Homura sounds like a stud?💀😭
I'm pretty sure Akuma-chan and regular Devil Homura have the same voice, so when I heard that voice coming from a cartoon character I was like O_O
@@Darkstar_0 SO REAL😭
WE STAN MAGICAL GIRLS😍
Was this recorded before the game shut down
Yes. I spent time before the game shut down collecting recordings, and first got to editing them afterwards.
so excited to watch this all play out :)! Wonderful editing as usual
Poor Kuro
I have mo idea what this is and what's going on but all I know is that I love this the moment I laid my eyes on it and now I want to play it.😍😍😍😍😍😍
This is Magia Record, a spin off game of the Madoka Magica series. Sadly, it ended it's servers on July 31th, so it's no longer available :(
@@kanorune GRRRRRRRRR THATS NOT VERY DEMURE WHYD THEY CANCEL IT?!
"Who's gonna tell 'em?" -The other commenter already did- . Oh, but I should mention that a new Madoka game, Magia Exedra, is coming out... at some point.
Sweet dreams Magia Record ❤
good quality meme!
Ouch, the last one hurts a bit too much :"<
125 stages in one sitting with Shi solo😭 I would be probably making that same thousand mile stare she has in her 5 star if I did all that
Also completely crippling enemies with a million status effects and pulling boss bs with characters like Darkness Mitama is always more satisfying than getting big damage numbers to me
Shii solo still OP
Imagine getting Shi cursed
_applies_ _Survive_ "I am a genius!" _gets_ _cursed_ "Oh no!"
Now with glass cannon teams (with doses of multi damage)
Its Crazy to think how many Magical girls are there to keep the universe alive😭😭
10:59 WAS THAT A JOJO REFRENCE???
Yep, and it's not even the only one!
@@Darkstar_0 Oh my gooooo- Okay i stopped lol BUt thanks for the jojo references i didn't get any besides that one
@@M_Feitosa7 Hory sheeeeeee- The jumping vampire is part 1 Dio, the bubble throw is Ceaser, and the laser is "Space Ripper Stingy Eyes".
0:02 She is just standing there, menacingly Also, why is the meta enjoyer using an aqua type? I thought dark ver. meant that there would be atleast one dark type character
I thought it would be boring to say "Part 1/2", so I came up with Light ver. and Dark ver. I did try to roughly group them in a logical way (The Shipper in light vs. The Simp in dark), but not everything fits perfectly, nor does everything involve actual dark types. Meta Enjoyer ended up in dark simply because T1 Doppel spam is a rather unsporting way to play... though a very entertaining one in video format.
Every player has they're own way to play magireco,Someone More funny And Someone More serious and we Have the Darkstar way
How was your game in english?? I thought the eng servers were shut off a while ago
The Rayshift patch allowed for stories and certain limited static assets to be displayed in English. In this case, however, the story scene is not a translated one, but a custom one I created.
how are you still playing magia record??
I time-travelled to before EoS with Homura. :) Nah, this footage was recorded during the final Battle Museum and I just didn't edit it until now. I was more focused on gathering footage than editing after the EoS announcement, so I have a large backlog of videos to work on now.
@Darkstar_0 I figured... but it gave me a spark of hope 😔 are you planning on doing magia exedra videos when that comes out? I like the style of your content a lot, it'd be a shame for it to end here (no pressure)
@@balladofthegoddess Thank you for the vote of confidence! I'd certainly like to make videos on Exedra, but since there is still so much not known about the game, I'm just taking things one step at a time.
Type 6: Sayaka0: *Yaba*
There are some hurt sounds that _really_ get stuck in your head, lol.
@@Darkstar_0 *Albertine flashback* Althought, I will admit that I usually played it mute while listening to a podcast or something in the background
@@madoakuma4509 That is so true, ha ha. Now I'm imagining two Sayaka0s duking it out in Mirrors. There are definitely some goofy "mirror" matches in there.
This was such a cute video idea. Fun to watch!
Aaaa, thank you! Always nice to see another MagiTuber around these parts!
These are all self-contained, so feel free to skip around if only specific ones interest you. Because yes, I already hit the character limit in the description.
can't wait to see you in Magia Exedra, hopefully it will be good as magia record (if not even better I HOPE)
If they're planning on releasing Exedra "globally" from the start (and on Steam, no less!), I think we should at least be cautiously optimistic. Magia Day is in just a few weeks now, so hopefully we'll get more info then.
Even if I never even played once, it’s sad to see it go. It was very nice to see and absorb it all through videos and stuff and I have to be honest and admit that it has inspired some stories and ideas in my head that I will make real one day. Glad to have known about this game. (Also your Kuro squad series’ message/themes did move me and influence the stories in my head whether I realized it or not)
Awww, thank you! I'm really glad you got something out of them! Good luck with your creative work!
Thanks for the Kuro challenges and I love the description you put :)
And thank you, for being here. I'm glad somebody actually read it!
I might cry-even though I have my account data backed up, and have so many screenshots and videos for memories, I’m still just so sad that this game has ended It was there during pretty much all of the impactful moments of my life-it’s crazy how emotional im getting over one game 😢
I know how you feel. Magia Record is so much more than just a game. It has been with us for so long, and it's tough to let it go.
Goodbye Magia Record, even in spite of all of your flaws, your sins to the franchise, you were unironically fun. Hopefully your HSR child won't disappoint.
With a magic flying train in the second-to-last Magia Report, they're definitely not beating the "Star Rail" allegations. ;)
@@Darkstar_0 It was so baffling when that gameplay screenshot came out, hope they at least have the budget to model doppels or anything for at least the MR girls. I mean that's what I want at least, otherwise it won't be nearly as cool haha-
I miss playing this game 😢😢😢😢
It has only been a few days, but I get you. I caught myself going to instinctually open it once already.
If you have any questions about my account or history in the game, please feel free to ask! I didn't expect to get emotional. We had two whole months to prepare, and the shutdown of JP was handled much more gracefully than NA. But when I saw Ren gently smiling at me, even as the void consumed everything around her, I cried. Like, a moderate amount. It was very... cathartic. I hope she'll be in Exedra. For how little of an overall role she played in the story, she sure does mean a lot to a lot of people. As for me, I'm not going anywhere. As I mentioned in my post a while ago, I've got some footage now to make several more Magia Record videos, including but not limited to: Battle Museum meme comps, capped characters vs. Paradox Battle, capped character damage cap challenges for Raid Eve, Kuro vs. Despair witch(es), and a special mini-series I've been secretly working on. Hopefully these, and some potential meme compilations, will be enough to tide everyone over until Exedra releases. If anything, I may have to hurry to finish it all before then, ha ha.
90s Eurobeat nicee
To think none of them but Seika got a doppel... I'm gonna miss these girls so much.
Leila/Reira did as well, but alas, none of the Arc 2 girls got one. The devs dare not uncap Hotaru, lest her immense power destroy the meta.
It’s truly.. ‘infinite’ iroha’s.
rip magia record jp server, will be missed 🙏
