@@Lq0007 it’s good to know it close to word for word. I’d watch the 10 point video by Astro training UPS. It helped me visually understand it as well as learn to say it.

@@Lq0007 but i also passed my packet just last week and was expected to say it and practice it while driving during my packet.

@TEAMGETHELP I was wrong my union rep gave me a sheet to study with and it was the old 10s so they are giving me more time to study the correct ones now

You only have to know the 5 seeing habits verbatim, the 10 point you need to know the headline, explain IN YOUR OWN WORDS, and know why it helps you.

I go to school in less than a month please give me any advice to calm me down

@@TheRaevin I hope I got to you in time. Know the 5s verbatim and the 10s know the bold or important part of it and then be able to explain that briefly. The 10s are easier than they sound just make it make sense to you. It really does make sense when you put it all together and a lot of it is common sense driving

What happened if you don’t pass

I’m on day 3 and I’m fairly confident with my 5’s. Just need to sharpen some edges and should be good to move on to only focusing on my 10’s. How did you do, did you pass?

I start Monday going to be the 16 deaf/ hard of hearing with hearing aid to become a driver I already know my 5’s am on to my 10 am learning them word for word do we have to summarize it like the guy in the video did. Seems to be easier to just get to the point by summarizing it

Zoom was only 3 days in Socal. the last two days are hands on training.

@@DareToScare98 Brother, I am not kidding. Study your 5s first. Learn it word by word. Best way (for me is to write it down word for word in a note book.) Also the 10s will be much difficult. Do this before you go to class. They tell you to study before 1st day and they are NOT JOKING. Trust me. Do it. Dont F yourself.

Well getting hired as a cover driver is instantly a 30/hr position with lots of overtime you are looking at 70k+/ year so they use this to weed out ppl who dont want it badly

@@nickallen3250 Everyone has their own way of learning it the best, but what I did was just write my 5’s, 10s, and reasons why down on paper a few dozen times. Then I would just read back what I put down for about 1 hour a day, and also listened to it on TH-cam every time I got into my truck. You will get it eventually, it will just click.

Victor Gross a billboard is anything your cannot see through, over, under, or around.

I wasnt used to driving a big ass vehicle like a package car, The cars im used to are light nimble, short. With aim high in steering you have to look ahead and judge steering that way to stay in the middle of your traffic lane. With a sports car aim close.

Has to do with competence. If you can remember word for word then you can probably remember methods and routes to the T.
