Hi there! There are different insurance companies depending on the area of the country you live in. Have a look at this list: www.mintrabajo.gov.co/lista-de-eps I'd go for one of the bigger companies like EPS Sanitas which I think are great.

Hi! When I first came to Colombia back in 2012, I had to have working visas for the first 5 years which required having work contracts with companies. After 5 years, you can more easily get resident visas which are for 5 years each time, and fairly easy to renew. However, there are other types of new visas available now that didn't exist back when I arrived, including digital nomad visas, retirement visas etc. It would be best for you to check the visa types online and perhaps consult with an immigration lawyer for the best advice. I'm sure you'll be able to get a long-term visa if you're planning to buy property here. Best of luck!

Hi. We only took backpacks with us, we were traveling light because we were there for just 2 nights. I believe there are lockers at some of the entrances to the park, but I’d recommend contacting them online first just to be sure. Hope you have a great time there, it’s one of the most beautiful places in Colombia 😀

Im sorry about that. I only had one afternoon free in Perth and when I tried filming a few places, I realised my camera had stopped working so I lost almost all of my video clips. Next time I go back, I’ll make a more complete video about Perth, I promise 😀

Hi! Thanks for watching the video. Mosquitos and bugs in general can be a problem all over Colombia because it's a tropical country but just take some bug spray and you'll be fine 😀 It is really important that you go with a guide as this hike can be potentially dangerous... you could easily get lost, and in some areas you have to climb up and down rocks and small cliff faces using ropes... it's very risky. In the video description, I added a link to a tour company that can take you. You could use other guides if you prefer, but just make sure they have experience on this particular hike. Honestly, it was one of the most fun treks I've done in ages, even though it was very strenuous at times! But I loved it. Hope you enjoy it!
