I have to learn to sleep on my back. But its so difficult. I just cant do it. But my arms hurt from lying on them in any other position, both stomach and side. I dont know how to learn to sleep on my back. Also im gonna have some surgery in the future and then Ill have to sleep on my back. I dont know how. Lying on my back just feels sooo wrong. And my sleep thoughts somehow dont work when lying on my back.
Only the 'starter' of abdduction*(up to 30°~..) I call him the 'mouse' muscles
Me: on my stomach, neck turned towards right side, my back curved, legs seperated
Honestly i just raw dog sleep now. Slump up against the wall up right, no mat, pillow, or blanket. Max 3hrs at a time so i can keep grinding but wont pass out again
😅(You can also look below..ankle-plantar/dorsi flexion) So for example if your stuck in plantar flexion=knee extention=hip flexion=skull extention....your welcome👍💃
❤And it doesnt end at the hip flexors...you can continue the 'domino' up to skull flexion/extention...
❤
Every position sucks for me
So how do we inhibit ??
Laying on one side of your body CAN cause a lopsided face, ( one eye width will be slightly larger, ECT ) just a heads up! If this hasn't happened to you please don't worry about it too much! Just alternate the sides you sleep on :)
Wow
This channel is underrated 😢
Sleeping is painful nowadays regardless of position and mattress. My theory is because we oftenly use our backside which is used in sitting also. More pressure to it means weaker limbs resulting to a weaker movement.
The best position is 69. Mom I been reading wrong book
i sleep on my stomach, a pillow under one arm and the other under my forehead so i can sleep face down and still breathe. i also put a pillow loosely over one side of my head so it keeps me warm but it isn't super dangerous. super comfy!!
what's the solution because i have this reaction because of many shoulder surgeries
hello how can i contact you
Walking is the most overlooked human activity, glad to see tutorials on this gaining recognition
Now that I have the answer, I can start sleep peacefully.
Music?
@@kineticfitinstinct9572 I wish I could tell you but unfortunately I don’t have that info anymore. It’s some stock music from the video editor I use but slowed down by 30%
Bullshi
What if I like lying down on my chest?
I need this for meps tomorrow
Awesome & really helpful. Thank you! ❤
Glad you liked it :)
🙌hope
Technicly there is no best position cause anyway your 'movement system' 'moves' you while sleeping so the blood will get back to the heart..
Scientifically not considering the blood clot thing you should have a roughly 6 inch pillow under your head and knees to help the naturally curve of your spine and about a 2-4 inch pillow under your lower back with arms to your sides and a medium thick blanket to allow to good airflow also naked to allow air flow to your skin
Thanks I've been having serious spine pain I'm gonna try this and see if it helps❤❤❤
Working in the medical field has taught me how to shove pillows under people to reduce the chance of a stiff back and bed sores
@@shadowsoulless6227 that was a month ago lmfao
You sure??
Definitely.
Thank you so much...this is what I was looking for
Glad to hear it!
Man, why am I actually curious if this works
PLEASEEEEE talk about sleeping with dark mode 😭😭😭
I constantly sleep on my back I have ever since I got off drugs I don't know why it might be anxiety ive heard I grind my teeth really bad maybe I should see a sleep doctor
Amazing ❤
I always end up sleeping on my stomach
hey! my company has an offer for you. how can we contact you?
Peak content 😂
I promise your back and neck problems just go away if u sleep with a pillow tucked under your neck, so like u look up
No😊
Who is the girl she’s cute Nice feeties
Here is my nightly sleep schedule: 9-10:30 pm I go up to my room Next I start watching my phone (this is an important part of how I fall asleep) Approximately 11pm to 3 am Then eventually I get too tired to hold my phone to watch it Then I drop the phone Face into pillow Black out And then I am asleep. I know you aren’t supposed to watch tech before bed, but I am a night owl. I also am 14. And I feel just as good on no sleep as on 3 hours as on 10 hours, in fact I feel the best on no sleep.
No sleep is like being intoxicated. I’m definitely bold off no sleep but may not be making much sense and come off as an asshole
@@greg9069 not intoxicated just suddenly and without any warning beyond the phone going down, I am suddenly asleep, not drunk, I hate the taste of alcohol.
Bloodclatttt
nice job
Wow that really answered absolutely nothing
wow. this is so cool!!!! and so FREEING!!!
When I am sleeping I am rounding all the bed
You sound like George Clooney
Well alright then 😁
Some people say not to lay on your back some people say not to lay on your side some people say not to lay front face so what do I do? What stand up sleeping? 😢
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. (James 4:4) When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. (Mark 2:17)
My best sleeping position is to sleep on my right side. I don't know why but I prefer it much more than sleeping on my left side.
Same bro
Me too
Your spouse that sleep on your left side: you *##*##*!!!
The best for me is probably facing the right side, or laying on your back. If you sleep on your left. You will get acid refluxes or feel like vomiting. On your back its just bad for your bones or something.
