From American: just ended a 4month relationship with a " dog mom "..because I couldn't take it anymore...80% of conversation with her was about her 2 boston terriers...drove me nuts till I told her don't want to hear about the f...king dogs anymore....she slept with her dogs...the female bleed all over the floor and her bed sheets..i though it was bed bug stains..her yard was a mud pit cuz the dogs waste killed all the grass...her house smell like dog and dog waste plus the chew treats smell like dead ass..I couldn't even kiss her because the dogs licked her face...just total nasty disgusting situation...she didn't understand why she was single at 43 and why I was leaving her...because she knows her worth...That's a F...k NO for me!

Hi there, I have only ever tipped if i got really good service as you said and would feel no embarrassment at all not leaving a tip for a person who gave poor service. In fact, if the service was really bad (eg. rude staff), i might ask them for a tip. Totally agree with you. Also, you're hilarious.

As someone who once made the mistake of being with a dog lover and horse lady for 3 years I can attest - 1) All positive emotions go to the dogs. All negative emotions go to you. 2) You will always be second to the dog 3) Extreme dog lovers have a problem with dealing with people whose opinions differ to them. People cannot be easily coerced or bullied into completely submitted. A cat or dog will for just being fed etc will worship her just for existing 4) If they believe their dog is so loyal, then try not feeding them and see how loyal they are. 5) They attract a coven of friends who are equally infantile and whatever you do will never be good enough.... Horses are almost as bad. Everything will revolve around the horse needing exercising / feeding etc. Plus I have never met a horse lady who doesn't have a cat or dog or both.

I couldn’t agree more. My cousin is 63, she’s only had 3 short time relationships in her entire adult life. She got these 3 dogs of which she treats far better than any person I’ve seen her interact with. Even if she had kids, these things would rule the house. She won’t even stay at family homes because she has to be home for the dogs. She won’t go on holiday because of them, unless it’s a day trip. One thing positive about the whole situation is that she never takes the bastards anywhere with her because they get stressed in the car. Who the fuck allows their entire lives to be ruined by fucking pets. She’s so attached to them that I often wonder what happens when the lights are off. If you say anything, you are the greatest piece of shit. Absolutely disgusting.

There once was a video by a german woman lamenting the disproportionate love that dogs get there. Like how people treat them more like a baby than actual children. While in other countries like Turkey children are showered with attention by pretty much any random woman. I have experienced that in my own life as well and I find it disgusting. The word "Köterrasse" (dog-related, anti-german slur) used to offend me but today I cannot deny its validity to some extent. With that said, you still need to apply a little bit of nuance to women with dogs. If she treats the dog like an equal or a baby (especially small dogs), that is bad. If she treats the dog like a subordinate and asserts discipline on it, that is a strong hint for maternal qualities.

Women treat their pets like they should be treating their husbands. Its a good test for a man to see if she treats her dog better than him.

I disagree. A woman with a WELL TRAINED DOG is attractive. She appreciates discipline, loyalty, love. In my experience they will happily let a man take over the 'Pack Leader ' role. Give me a 'Dog Woman' over a 'Cat Woman' any day.

It's nice to tip and get tips but it should always be optional. No one should ask for it and no one should feel any kind of obligation to tip. It works like that in Romania, not complicated. When I go to my favorite bar, I tip, always. I wanna have a good time and I want people that work there to have an easy day/ night at work. It's my pleasure to give them a little extra.

I used to work in pubs and and really found it helpful being tipped on a busy night I could start with no money then end it with 50 pounds in my pocket. You never have enough money working in a pub especially when you have to buy your own food and travel

Tipping is indidious practice from America, its a step backwards. America has a lot of ills. Like making a one cent coin that is minted at a loss. Dumb. Bad beer pours are a nightmare. We pay a lot for beer here in NZ pubs plus we do see the american tipping shit.

In the UK we have imperial pints, 568ml and there is a line on the glass for the liquid to foam go. There is now an insane thing going on with making smaller "pints" which are 3/4. Everyone in the UK knows they can get a half-pint which is also marked on the glass. This 3/4 thing is for woke authoritarian nutters.
