Just wanted to fulfill this long-awaited request from Richard Alan Smith . I whipped it together by ear today, and it was probably one of the most challenging ones I've ever done! It's a blast, though. Penetration Point is damn close to having the title of favorite Nasty Savage album for me. It might even be the best. The songs are just ridiculously technical, in this Proto-Unquestionable-Presence way. They're ridiculous. I adore it. It helps that Richard Bateman is an incredible bassist, and stands out even in the midst of other amazing bassists Nasty Savage has had. His creativity and perfection is so impressive, and very easily comparable with Patterson and Di Giorgio. He was also on Nocturnus's demos, and I so wish he stuck around for The Key, because that album would've truly been monstrous with his talents included. Although, we might've not gotten this one in the form it was made in, so it's worth it.
I hope you all enjoy this rendition. I put hours of work into it. I think most of the notes are right on. Thank you all for dealing with me as always, lol. Sorry if the filming is not as nice this time.
