Consiglio : Premessa : Dal video non si capisce chiaramente ma non so se hai lavato o cambiato il tagliere. Dopo aver tagliato le cipolle ti consiglio di cambiare tagliere. Dopo aver tagliato i peperoncini 🌶️ anche. Soprattutto se dopo dovrai tagliare il pane . Keep on goin good job

Hi! It’s an hygiene thing, plastic chopping boards can go in the dishwasher and sterilised, wooden chopping boards cannot (as the high temperature water would make the wood expand and brake)(so can’t be clean properly)
