This is the most unique way I've ever seen to sprint faster!Usually other people say to add dedication and hard work
I can only do 100-200 pushups I won’t be able to do that thing for a long time
If I am being honest it would take like 3mins for the pushups,45 mins for pull ups and chinups , 5mins for abs ,10 mins for dips,1min for hops and 5 mins for rows
Maybe an hour
Who did it God did it. ,!! Deion was The one .God Chose !! For Travis Success. !!
Great video !

God given talent but God don’t like the live in girlfriend stuff, as church folks say, ‘God don’t bless mess.’ Proverbs Chapter 6.

Sanders was profiled on “60 Minutes” and “Good Morning America.” Jackson State even hosted ESPN’s “College GameDay,” a show often reserved to spotlight one of week’s biggest games. He provided a platform for his players to get exposure and compensation through endorsement deals, and Jackson State and other HBCU games were showcased more often on TV because of Sanders. ====== Which part get attributed to the Devil and which part to God? I am an atheist, so help me out here! Without the hard work and dedication to excellence the players and coaches have to develop the skills set required, nothing much happens. You can pray from morning until night. Without practice…….
You can attribute any part you want to God and any part you want to the devil. I don’t get into what other people believe. You have every right to be an atheist. 💯💪🏽💪🏽
Great of you to admit. Also you thinking of Travis future. But you underestimate coach prime and talented kid. Coach prime letting play both sides
You’re right!

without JSU there may not have been a Coach Prime, without Coach Prime there is likely no Travis Hunter winning the Heisman
I agree!! This is how it was supposed to happen.
Not necessarily the case. Without JSU, it might have been another school in need of a Prime. He was getting attention and interviewing for HC positions. JSU happened to be first to pull the trigger. History was made.
@@surunitemiakanni-oye4346 what positions did he interview for before JSU? no big school was going to hire him so basically what I said still goes.
@@karumehickman “NFL legend and current Jackson State head coach Deion Sanders joined the Dan Le Batard Show last week and revealed the three Power Five teams he interviewed for before landing his game-changing job with the Tigers: Florida State, Arkansas and TCU. “I interviewed for, I think, three Power 5 jobs, and I should have got them,” Sanders said. “I was very, very, very good if I may say in the interviews, I balled. One of the interviews I was so darn good, the guy asked me could I start? When could I start? At the conclusion of the interview, I’m not lying, [they asked], ‘when could you really start?'” ====== Typically during interviews for a position, an offer would be put out on the table. It suggests that Coach Prime did not accept the offers on the table and instead preferred to take the JSU one for his own reasons. It was a short 3 year contract. Maybe the prior offers were for a longer commitment period that he did not want or any other reason. The suggestion that only JSU would hire him doesn’t sound logical. He just refused to crawl up anyone’s behind just to get the job, and awaited the right opportunity to flex his coaching skills.

I wondered if jsu had the facilities, being that I knew on a large scale are unorganized and undisciplined ways of controlling things…hold him back? Itbsharpehed his skills
Maybe so!
Jackson State was used as a stepping stone for Prime. JSU did not mis-handle funds. Prime painted a negative picture on HBCU’s. He sold the HBCU community a fake dream, like a thirty pastor.
@@nate_warthunder97 Prime had to mow the lawn himself. Fact! Prime used $300,000 of his own funds to complete renovations of football facilities at Jackson State University “Earlier in the week, coach Sanders announced he would give half of his salary to help complete the renovations to Jackson State’s football facility in time for the upcoming season. I’ll put more than that on it,” said Sanders after he was asked to give a quarter of his salary to the project. “To get this done for these kids, I’ll put half on it. If you don’t believe me, check me. I will send you the receipts.” The Prime Effect started at JSU. All the companies and associated brands he was involved with all contributed significantly to provide support and commensurate financing in upgrading the facilities and endowment programs
JSU was the institution and not responsible for anything ! Travis belief in his coach is what made him who he is! Travis had a lot of unrefined talent. But coach prime shaped him to be that athlete he is now. I don’t know if yall remember when JSU played Famu and coach would not let him play because he was not ready! Travis cried , hell I cried, Coach cried too but that was the best thing for Travis at the Time and we see the result of that decision!
This was corny. The stereotypical view you spoke on regarding hbcu is shameful. He had NIL, competition and all the nonsense you brought up. Deon had issues with Jackson state administration that the reason he left. They been had god on their side. All that nonsense you are talking about, they were doing it all at Jackson state in the HBCU. Weak insight.
I respect your opinion. Appreciate the comment 💯💪🏽
People believed in Travis Hunter cause he was always gonna ball but they didnt believe in Coach Prime and didnt believe TH should bet his future on Coach He made promises (Coach Prime) and he delivered. Congrats TH !!!!!!
@@j.psimon3056 facts!
And that was the problem! Ppl don’t get to determine the fate of another. They forgot Coach was a 2 way player not to mention a player who played 2 sports at the same time!
Fam, I am going to humbly disagree. It’s not that nobody thought Travis, under Deion, would not be great. It’s that the chorus of doubters and haters painted a narrative that made it hard for anyone to believe - except those who BELIEVE. just like everyone turned on Deion at the end of last season. Instead of saying that there was a 400% increase in wins over 1-11, the narrative became: look at CU. All that talk and their season was a failure. Nobody that knew how Colorado was the past 5 seasons would have agreed with that. So, with that as the backdrop, those that followed Deion from Atlanta and MLB knew that there was no limit. Outsiders focused on the “limitations”.
It was only the haters that were the loudest! But I liked how he remained focused and let the haters increase 💰💰💰 for the school and himself. Funny how God works! Every piece has fallen into place! 1/11 to4/8 to 9/3. The best QB in the country and a Heisman winner! The draft will be high this season! And the Haters will continue to lower their heads!

Smh. Rules. Know the rules.
Your compared video is not even close to being the same thing. The rule says that (IF) The Quarterback deliberately drops to one knee OR gives himself up!!! Goff did NOT deliberately drop to one knee another player stepped on Goffs foot forcing him to fall and he did NOT give himself up. The play is legit 1st and 10 for Detroit.

Great video. Can you make one about improving turnover?
@itachiisalive7050 yeah
No idiots this is the NFL not college. In the NFL you gotta be touched with the knee down. Not knee down your down. A defender has to touch you before or while the knee is down.

How do you increase turnover (frequency) while maintaining the stride length
Turnover improves with technique. If you are landing properly and using the right angles. Your legs will naturally move faster bc your muscles won’t have to work as hard to make up for bad running mechanics.
@ChrisBookTV do you have recommendations for technical improvements (like a video or book or any resource)? Or do you make analysis online?

Hey man I'm 6'3 and 235 pound only a sophomore i play DE/LB and I still have more room to grow! I am projected to be 6'5 and I play for not a great highschool football team. My Inspirations and my dream is for me to go Division 1 in football. I have a 3.0 GPA right now and I need guidance of me trying to go do you want if you can give me any advice I would really appreciate it. Because I see kids in my grade they already have division 1 offers. Also another question I have when do most people get Division 1 offers?
@@T3SKI54 Hey bro. You have the size and grades. The only thing you have to do is 1.) stop comparing yourself to others. Everybody doesn’t get offers at the same time. I played against Deebo Samuel in high school. He didn’t get any offers until his senior season was almost over. Then I played with some people that got offers in 9th grade and they didn’t even make it to the NFL. 2.) Work hard on your game everyday. Master your skill set. Watch the great NFL players and see what they do. 3.) Get some film and start reaching out to coaches. Take control of your own destiny. If you want it bad, you’ll get it.
Even on the picture. Look at the leg angles.
