I wouldn’t say one sounds better than the other, just different sounds. I use both stock plugins and subscription plugins, they’re both good but with stock drums you have to know how to make them sounds good with compressors and distortion and whatnot.

Somewhat "Professional" producer here, I personally don't use and would not recommend using AI for anything production-wise, because not only does having the knowledge to create the sound you want benefit you in the long run, but also AI itself is just too unreliable
