Commenting late but I hope this helps anyone who may watch now. Color oops is meant to remove permanent hair dyes not direct dyes such as adore and other semi permanent hair colors.

Not all of the color oops was rinsed out. You have to rinse and scrub for like 30 minutes 🤦‍♀️😖

Hi thank you for this video, very helpful. May I ask, do you also use the purple shimmer shampoo or conditioner to preserve your color?

Anytime you bleach your hair and wanna go back dark you have to have to fill the hair with a red or orange first. When you bleach it removed all color from your hair and you have to put the red back in to it. Brown is just a muddy blue, blonde is yellow. When you mix blue and yellow you get green every time that’s why you need the red or a orange to balance it out.

I’m shocked! This didn’t happened to me… I got rid of my red which had been red for 2 yrs and I’m back to my original hair color … I just can’t get rid of the smell lol (only used it last night 🤷🏾‍♀️
