Professor Leah Litman joins A2Z to talk about clerkships basics with Dean Z. Professor Leah Litman clerked at the US Supreme Court for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy and also on the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit for the Hon. Jeffrey S. Sutton.
Professor Litman is also one of the co-hosts and co-creators of Strict Scrutiny, a Crooked Media podcast about the US Supreme Court, which received the 2023 Podcast Academy award (Ambie) for Best Politics or Opinion podcast and a 2023 Anthem Award for its coverage of the Supreme Court overruling Roe v. Wade.
