Wow, my '72 Plymouth Furylll has the same Cop Car Wheels w/ caps, great look to those big C-body Mopars!!! Mine is a 4door hard top, in gray primer, looks like a whiskey runner!!! It's also a factory 400 B motor, 727 transmission, dual exhaust with H-pipe with Flowmaster mufflers!!! Wow, my cars' name if Furiously!!! Nice '69 Fury!!! Mopar Nate Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!!!

Nice Fury! I got my ‘70 4 door for $1500 as well. Great body but roached interior. Luckily my headliner was already pulled so no surprises.

It has a build it fail safe to shut down the furnace. But it's time to replace it, as you said. It's on my to do list for the last year.

Better check that rear axle housing for water! It could have frozen and locked things up. You might try putting a stand pipe on the sediment bowl inlet.

Holy Christ! I had no idea that trailer had been jacknifed that badly and that many times. My dad's a professional truck driver. Ohhh, he's going to be hearing a little salt next time he makes a comment about me backing up a trailer again. 🤣

We are having fun now. I once tuned a McCulloch 70 something on a G-3 and ran it up the Rogue river (when there was a dam) and by the time the middle carb came on the transom was leaving the boat. My favorite pontoon motor was a Bearcat. with a Crossley car motor standing on its head. It weighted a ton but could run all day on a coffee cup of gas. (didn't say how big the cup was) If ya had a leaky boat, the 40 Mc was my favorite. Came with its own engine powered bilge pump. 😉

That brought back memories. I have worked outboards all my career. I am 76 now- so that goes back a ways. Got into restorations in New Jersey and loved it. You got real lucky with that one. That distributor is the Rubik's cube of the boat world. If one of those fired up like that for me I would be doing the gold miners dance . Keep up the good work happy to have found your channel.

In the 1st season of Miami Vice, the tv show, it used a Chris Craft stinger. Simple maintenance and proper storage of vehicles and boats go a long way. It's damn shame to see a go fast boat or tricked out truck or a muscle car look that sh'tty.

That boat is a beauty! Power wash it off and you will have it gone in no time.

Had an 87 312 Stinger. Your boat brings back lots of memories. Windshield surround was in teak. As was a flat swim platform. Your hatch setup is different as well. Mine only had twin hatches similar to your front two. Solid floor with no fuel tank access. That rear “bulkhead” for the seat where the speakers are on yours. Mine developed stress cracks from stepping from the engine covers to the seat cushions. Play close attention to the engine mounts. They pulled from the stringers. Several times a season the mounts had to be tightened up. Had 92C ? gearboxes. That liked to leak. Subscribing and following to see how yours turns out.

I like watching boats get restored. One of the first multi part series I watched on TH-cam was someone replacing all the wood in a boat he bought that looked a lot better than it really was. I am looking forward to the updates. Subscribed.

I had its little brother a 1985 Stinger 260 special had the wing etc really nice little boat twin 350's straight out the back thing was loud.

All the crappy plywood they used is destroyed. Looks like you have two engines and outdrives.

Which models are the two Alumacrafts side by side? I can't tell....

Definitely a whole different mind set out there. Here in. New England boats like that are not to be found. You even see one from the 70's you are lucky never mind putting al that effort and money in one. 👍
