I’ve owned several 57 Fords, I think they look way better than the Chevy! They also won more races than their Chevy counterparts!😂

I remember my dad buying a 1957 ford it was red and white inside and out. Still Had that new car smell and how I loved to take a ride in it. It was a automatic with the 292 V-8 Beautiful car for sure. Seems like they all used to take pride in there cars. I wanted him to get a 1956 crown Victory that he tried out first but he got the 57. That was some of the best times for everything in my opinion.

That's a beauty as it is, a driver with no work involved. 56 Fords seem to be the hardest to modify, I think you said this one has already had a rack and pinion swap, that is something I have considered on mine, wish I had you on the phone to talk about it. I'm restoring my brothers first car, and was also mine 1956 Customline with a few modifications, 427 side oiler C-6 transmission, 9" read end, 4 wheel disc brakes. I can only imagine how much time you have invested in your 57 gasser, kinda in the same boat and the only body that is running out of time is my own Lol! ....... Run the car buddy, if you have to work on it, then change the oil once and a while and check the tire pressure :)

Love the 57 Ford's. I saw one at a car show in Oklahoma with the 427 cammer about 30 years ago and it was loud and mean. And keeping a Ford all Ford is the only way to go
