Looks good! Why is there yeast and baking powder? Can you do a comparison video: one dough with yeast only vs another dough with baking powder only? Thanks 🙏
Great suggestion!
Wrong no yeast only baking soda and bakers ammonia
It turns out so good
Why is there yeast and baking powder together?
you can try making the banan hollow like a tube and filling it with vegetables and more flavor, before doing the rest of the recipe, it holds very well.
Sounds great! Thanks for sharing.
Can we skip the pandan leaf part if we can’t find any or is it essential?

Why my dough is still sticky after 10imutes may be too much water , but it rise very good . I don't see your hand has any flour after you knead the flour ?
If my hand is too messy, clean it and come back.
Why my dough is still sticky may be depend on the old or new flour right please advise tkd
It is very simple recipe can i keep in the freezer for the leftovers so in the future i can heat again and eat tks
You can do this but with fresh dough, the end product is much better.
@@somarcooking what do you mean by fresh dough? You mean I need to start fresh unable to keep the ready bake in the freezer, I have some leftover and keep in the freezer.
@@mayphan2872 If you keep it in the freezer, you need to let sit in room temperature again then fry it.
@@somarcooking ok tks can I put in the oven to re heat that what all the one bought from store do this way? I have successfully made and recommended to all my friend to bake it at home .because all by myself so I need to keep in the freezer . Thanks for your prompt reply.

Cambodian? This is actually from Thailand adaptation of creme brulee. It was adapted by Maria Guyomar de Pinha the Portuguese - Japanese lady that immigrated to live in Ayutthaya. This kind of food isn't the traditional food of both Thai and Cambodian...
That’s what Cambodian always eats, no point in bullshitting all of these here. If you wanna talk history, let’s talk history.
Yeah and everything from Thailand originated in the Khmer empire. You Siamese have no culture of your own.
Looks so yummy
Thank you
The way you say "all purpose flour" is so cute, sounds like "all purple flower" 💜🪻 But never mind you English is great ! I love this treat from my local chinese dumplings shop (it's famous for being the cheapest fried rice in my country!) and they make these giant fried dough sticks for $2.50 nowdays (but they were 50c when I was a kid) and they are so yummy I wanted to try making it myself! Thank you for the recipe ^_^ P.S: I am a bit scared of deep frying for the first time, do you have any tips?
Thank you 😊😊😊😊

How to scare a vegan for life. 1st: she tell you to let them watch the fluffiest cow on TH-cam. 2nd:tell her to watch this exact video. 3rd: Watch her cry what how cauld you do that to a cow you're disgusting. 4th: give her a dirty cotton ball and tell them You don't deserve to be clean. 5th: kick the angry vegan out of the house with her cotton until she realizes that it's not cotton.
