Hey Brad, I've got a ratty old rotten deck out back. Should I replace it? I mean, you can walk on it, but it's hanging down, bounces, is peeling badly, and has a lot of rot. I'm hoping to get out of this house within a few months and most of what I know I need to fix is sort of obvious, but not sure about the deck.

We bought in europe ended up getting a job with real good pay back home. We were in our house in Europe for a year, now its still for sale two years after it went up. We cant buy at home until it sells aaaaaaahhh

Great info! Im in a precarious situation. We live in a log home thats been covered in plywood and sided on the outside and we ended up paneling the inside so no exposed logs. We have a colony of carpenter ants living in or around one window in our home. We know this because we had an exterminator out to investigate and spray. He found nothing in our basement so it has to be in the logs in our wall. That was 2 weeks ago and im still battling live carpenter ants every day. They are coming in multiple areas of my home. We are even using liquid Terro traps now inside the house to see if we can help get rid of them that way. Weve had those down for about a week. They keep coming out of other areas as the days go by. We have traps everywhere now lol. Before all of this starting in May weve been spraying the outside of our house with Ortho and spreading the Terro granules repeatedly. Its so frustrating and i dont know what else to do to fix the problem. We did end up having that big swarm with the big ants one night come into our house the end of June so im guessing the colony must be really big in our wall. Hoping you can give any advice on what you think i should do next.

I have a lot of black ants and lots of flying ants. I just put Taurus sc on the outside perimeter in the ground and on the side of the house for Termite protection and ants and insects. And I placed at least 10 ant baits inside house. I have dead ants all over my house by the outer walls. What else can I do to kill the ant colony inside my home. I want to do it myself. Not pay too much for a pest control company.

Hi Brad🐜 there were lots of ants dead bodies in my living room. It's a carpet floor and they were so sticky to the carpet. It's difficult to get rid of them😞 please teach me how to clean away those ants! Thank you!

That fact that most real estate agents claim we are in price appreciation into perpetuity ... solidifies the fact we are in a massive bubble. No US company is going to cover their employees for the massive inflation we are only beginning to experience. The affordability wall is already in place.

Just tell me how to stop them coming up my drains. I have to use vinegar and baking soda on all my drains twice a day or they are in my tub and bathroom sink. I'm in a second floor condo.

Beautiful Gods country! Did lots of backpacking in that area to camp on Little Raccoon Creek. Awesome place. Great memories of great times with great friends. Feel sorry for the deprived people who can't experience the Majesty of this place!
